🧭 Transformation needs discipline

At the Governance Week 2025 panel on opportunities and risks in the digital transformation of state sector enterprises, Robbie Rambaran, Director of CCGI and CEO and Assistant Director, Financial & General Services at Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation, stressed the value of a phased approach.

Digital transformation should not be rushed at the expense of governance. Managing risk, building capability, and learning as implementation progresses can create stronger long-term outcomes.

Sustainable change is often built step by step, not all at once.
