Secondary Schools' Cricket League The Secondary Schools' Cricket League is a non-profit organization that seeks the holistic development of our nation's school children.

The Secondary Schools' Cricket League has been in existence for the past 62 years. We are a voluntary, non-profitable organization whose main focus is the holistic development of our nation’s children. We do so by providing an opportunity for them to engage in sporting activities, which encourages discipline, cooperation, respect, healthy lifestyles and good citizenry.

The SSCL congratulates ASJA Boys' College, San Fernando, on capturing the POWERGEN SSCL Premiership 2 Division overall title yesterday. After winning the Southern Division title with a wonderful unbeaten campaign, the Sando boys came up against Northern Division champions Fatima College for the overall title. Scores in the match:

It all comes down to today's FINAL match in the 2026 POWERGEN SSCL Girls' Hardball competition. The Western Wolves of Rio Claro West Secondary currently sit just 5 points behind leaders Barrackpore East Secondary on the table. Having already defeated Barrackpore, a win for the Wolves today will see them claim the title and remain unbeaten over the past 2 seasons of the competition, with only a washed-out final last year preventing them from hoisting the trophy.
The SAGHS "Super Strikers" have given a good account of themselves all season, playing solid cricket and showing lots of grit and fight. They will not make today's quest an easy one for their opponents, and the Wolves will surely need to rely on all of their skill and experience to secure the title. Action bowls off from 10 a.m. at the Knowles Street Ground in Curepe. See you there!
