HELP EDUCATE YOUTHS FOUNDATION

Help Educate Youths Foundation is a non- profit organisation situated in the central region of Trinidad. Founded in 2017 by one, Jassodra Sampath, her vision intends to educate and improve the lives of our youth today. The main goal: to create a safe environment that stems beyond books for our youthful generation. The foundation focuses on significant aspects of an individual, such as the social and economic wellbeing that facets the development of a well-rounded individual. We want our kids to have real-world experiences and education where we explore their potentials as productive members of society and be free to express their fundamental human rights.

Socially, we hope to provide a positive outlook on the world and develop the minds of young individuals. We hope to achieve this by providing education, experiences, and support systems such as academic support, lifestyle advice such as health education, emotional support, and mental support to those that may need it. In doing so, opportunities such as seminars, internships, and mentorship programs will be provided to enhance the abilities of young individuals. Also, educational tours would be carried out to gain superior knowledge of our country and help individuals become productive members of society.

Economic support would be catered to the less fortunate young individuals and families of society. This would include the provision of food, clothes, books, and transport for individuals that may qualify for our services. Assistance would be given to families in need as well as individuals in need. This would be possible through fundraisers, various drives such as food drives and clothing drives, and donations from members of the H.E.Y Foundation.
