Bank Village Committee - Community-Based Organization The Bank Village Committee (B.V.C.) is a voluntary, community-based organization established in 2003 with the purpose of creating a better community.

The Bank Village Committee also known as the “B.V.C.” was established in 2003. This voluntary, community-based organization has been active for the past eleven (11) years and is registered with the Ministry of Community Development. The B.V.C invites individuals of all ages, backgrounds, academia and experience to get involved in social and community work. This joint effort to pool expertise, know

ledge and abilities will reflect positively on both individuals and the community as this organisation continues to serve the residents of Bank Village. The B.V.C is a NGO which believes in synergy within a team and encourages open communication of ideas and suggestions. The Committee hopes to be an example and encourage neighbouring communities to take an interest and get involved with residents who may be disadvantaged physically, economically or socially.
