Good morning all, for this new year we will need more of the word to sustain us and keep us in the right spirit. We need to put on the mind of Christ.
So for this year I will share the scripture that GOD drops into my spirit daily.
Today the 1st of January, GOD said "Count it all joy"
This is a biblical phrase from James 1:2-4, meaning to find deep, lasting joy and purpose amidst life's troubles, increase of costs, expenses or whatever negativity, hardship and horrible situations.
Be joyful, not because the hardship is pleasant, but because trials build steadfastness (perseverance) and maturity in faith, ultimately shaping you who are believers, to be more complete and lacking nothing.
God brought you to it so through it all while persevering, trust God's presence and plan.
It's a divine command to adopt a mindset that sees beyond present pain into God's refining work, leading to a hope rooted in Him, not circumstances.
DO NOT ALLOW ANYTHING OR ANYONE TO STEAL YOUR JOY, because the joy of the LORD is your strength.
DO HAVE A JOYFUL DAY!!!
