On behalf of the Executive and Members of the National Association of Athletics Administrations of Trinidad and Tobago, we extend our heartfelt condolences on the passing of Coach Sheahan Sutton of Genesis Athletics Club.

As a highly respected coach and mentor, Coach Sutton’s unwavering dedication, guidance, and passionate contributions to our sporting community shaped the careers of many young athletes and left an indelible mark on our track and field family. Our deepest thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends, and the entire Genesis Athletics family during this difficult time.

May his legacy live on through the countless lives he impacted, and may his soul rest in eternal peace.

Yesterday 2008, history was written on the track in Beijing. 🇹🇹⚡️

Richard Thompson delivered an iconic performance, blazing through the line in 9.89 seconds to claim Olympic silver and make an entire nation burst with pride. 🥈🔥

It was a true masterclass in speed, complemented by a valiant effort from Marc Burns, who did his best in an iconic race, alongside the world’s elite. Two Trinbagonians in the top 8 of the fastest race on earth at that date.

Memories like these never fade. 🔴⚪️⚫️

The National Association of Athletics Administrations of Trinidad and Tobago (NAAATT) extends its heartfelt congratulations and profound appreciation to our entire delegation across all our recent international campaigns, including the NACAC U18 & U23 Championships, Central American and Caribbean Games (CAC Games), Commonwealth Games, and World Athletics U20 Championships.

To our dedicated managers, coaches, medical personnel, technical officials, athletes, and supporters, thank you for your tireless preparation, talent, and passion. You have made Trinidad and Tobago immensely proud. Thank you!

Trinidad and Tobago Men’s U20 4X100m Relay team finished 5th at the World Athletics U20 Championship, Oregon. 🌎🇹🇹

The team comprising of Kadeem Chinapoo, Alex Seepersad, Makaelan Woods and Trevaughn Stewart finished in a time of 39.44 seconds to conclude T&Ts participation at the Championship.⚡️
