🌍 International Online Meeting Successfully Held for the THRIVE Project!

We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the international online working meeting of the THRIVE Erasmus+ Project.

During the meeting, partners from Bulgaria and Türkiye came together to begin the implementation of Activity 2 – Exchange of Good Practices and Online Workshop. The session provided an opportunity to review the project timeline, discuss the working methodology, and plan the upcoming activities that will bring together experts and young people from both countries.

💬 During the meeting, partners:

✅ Discussed the key findings of the country reports prepared in Bulgaria and Türkiye;

✅ Exchanged initial perspectives on the needs and challenges faced by NEET youth;

✅ Planned the methodology for identifying and comparing good practices from both countries;

✅ Agreed on the framework for the upcoming online workshops involving employers, HR professionals, psychologists and NEET young people.

The outcomes of these activities will directly contribute to the development of the THRIVE online platform, which aims to provide practical learning resources, strengthen employability skills, support motivation and wellbeing, and help young people access education, training and employment opportunities.

🤝 Through close international cooperation, the project partners continue to combine their knowledge, experience and good practices to develop practical and sustainable solutions that respond to the real needs of NEET youth.

🌍 THRIVE Projesinde Uluslararası Çevrimiçi Çalışma Toplantımızı Gerçekleştirdik!

THRIVE Erasmus+ projesi kapsamında uluslararası çevrimiçi çalışma toplantımızı başarıyla gerçekleştirdik.

Toplantıda, Türkiye ve Bulgaristan'dan proje ortakları bir araya gelerek Activity 2 – Exchange of Good Practices and Online Workshop faaliyetinin planlaması üzerinde çalıştı. Bu kapsamda proje takvimi, çalışma yöntemi ve önümüzdeki aylarda gerçekleştirilecek çevrimiçi etkinliklerin hazırlıkları ele alındı.

💬 Toplantıda ayrıca;

✅ Türkiye ve Bulgaristan'da hazırlanan ülke analizlerinin temel bulguları değerlendirildi,

✅ NEET gençlerin ihtiyaçları ve karşılaştıkları temel zorluklar üzerine görüş alışverişinde bulunuldu,

✅ İki ülkedeki iyi uygulamaların paylaşılmasına yönelik yaklaşım planlandı,

✅ İşverenler, insan kaynakları uzmanları, psikologlar ve NEET gençlerin katılımıyla gerçekleştirilecek uluslararası çevrimiçi workshopların hazırlıkları görüşüldü.

Bu çalışmaların çıktıları, projenin bir sonraki aşamasında geliştirilecek THRIVE çevrimiçi platformunun içeriklerinin belirlenmesine önemli katkı sağlayacaktır. Platform; gençlerin becerilerini geliştirmelerine, motivasyonlarını artırmalarına ve eğitim ile istihdam fırsatlarına daha kolay erişmelerine destek olmayı amaçlamaktadır.

🤝 Ortaklarımızla birlikte yürüttüğümüz bu iş birliği sayesinde, farklı ülkelerde edinilen deneyimleri paylaşarak NEET gençlerin ihtiyaçlarına daha etkili ve sürdürülebilir çözümler geliştirmeyi hedefliyoruz.

🌍 REACH Erasmus+ Youth Exchange Successfully Completed! 🇪🇺

The REACH – Raising Equality Awareness for Community Harmony Erasmus+ KA152 Youth Exchange was successfully held in Bragança, Portugal, from 13–19 July 2026. Throughout this inspiring week, young people from Portugal, Türkiye, Germany, Spain, Romania, and North Macedonia came together to learn, collaborate, exchange ideas, and build meaningful intercultural connections. The project explored important topics such as gender equality, social cohesion, digital citizenship, intercultural dialogue, and active participation through a wide range of non-formal learning activities.

Through interactive workshops, structured debates, Forum Theatre, role-playing activities, digital content creation, community interviews, film discussions, and intercultural events, participants gained far more than theoretical knowledge. They strengthened their critical thinking, communication, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills, while learning how to understand different perspectives, challenge stereotypes, promote equality, and navigate the digital world in a responsible and safe way.

By the end of the exchange, participants had:

✅ developed a deeper understanding of gender equality and social inclusion,
✅ improved their digital competences and media literacy,
✅ strengthened their intercultural communication and collaboration skills,
✅ increased their confidence in communicating in English in an international environment,
✅ gained a stronger sense of active citizenship and democratic participation, and
✅ built lasting friendships and valuable international networks with peers from across Europe.

REACH was much more than a youth exchange—it was a transformative learning journey that empowered young people to become more responsible, open-minded, and active members of their communities. The knowledge, skills, and attitudes developed during the project were recognised through the Youthpass Certificate, while participants returned home inspired to share their experiences and promote equality, inclusion, and social harmony within their local communities.

A heartfelt thank you to all participants, group leaders, facilitators, partner organisations, and our hosting organisation MORE CoLAB for making this project a truly meaningful and unforgettable experience.

🌍 REACH Erasmus+ Gençlik Değişimi Başarıyla Tamamlandı! 🇪🇺

13–19 Temmuz 2026 tarihleri arasında Portekiz'in Bragança şehrinde gerçekleştirilen REACH – Raising Equality Awareness for Community Harmony Erasmus+ KA152 Gençlik Değişimi başarıyla tamamlandı. Bir hafta boyunca Türkiye, Portekiz, Almanya, İspanya, Romanya ve Kuzey Makedonya'dan gençler ortak bir öğrenme yolculuğunda buluşarak farklı kültürlerden akranlarıyla birlikte çalıştı, tartıştı, üretti ve deneyimlerini paylaştı. Proje kapsamında toplumsal cinsiyet eşitliği, sosyal uyum, dijital vatandaşlık, kültürlerarası diyalog ve aktif katılım gibi konular yaygın öğrenme yöntemleriyle ele alındı.

Atölye çalışmaları, yapılandırılmış tartışmalar, forum tiyatrosu, rol canlandırmaları, dijital içerik üretimi, toplum görüşmeleri, film analizleri ve kültürlerarası etkinlikler sayesinde katılımcılar yalnızca bilgi edinmekle kalmadı; eleştirel düşünme, etkili iletişim, takım çalışması ve problem çözme becerilerini de geliştirme fırsatı buldu. Gençler farklı bakış açılarını anlamayı, önyargıları sorgulamayı, dijital ortamda güvenli ve sorumlu hareket etmeyi ve toplumsal sorunlara çözüm odaklı yaklaşmayı deneyimleyerek öğrendiler.

Proje sonunda katılımcılar;

✅ toplumsal cinsiyet eşitliği konusunda daha güçlü bir farkındalık kazandı,
✅ dijital yetkinliklerini ve medya okuryazarlıklarını geliştirdi,
✅ kültürlerarası iletişim becerilerini güçlendirdi,
✅ İngilizce iletişim kurma konusunda özgüven kazandı,
✅ aktif vatandaşlık ve demokratik katılım konusunda yeni bakış açıları edindi,
✅ farklı ülkelerden gençlerle kalıcı dostluklar ve uluslararası iş birlikleri kurdu.

REACH, gençlere yalnızca uluslararası bir deneyim sunmakla kalmadı; onları kendi toplumlarında eşitliği, kapsayıcılığı ve sosyal uyumu destekleyen aktif bireyler olmaları konusunda da teşvik etti. Bu süreçte edinilen bilgi, beceri ve deneyimler Youthpass aracılığıyla görünür hale getirilirken, katılımcılar öğrendiklerini yerel topluluklarında yaygınlaştırmak üzere yeni fikirler ve güçlü bir motivasyonla ülkelerine döndüler.

Bu anlamlı öğrenme yolculuğuna katkı sağlayan tüm gençlere, grup liderlerine, eğitmenlere, ortak kuruluşlara ve ev sahibi kuruluş MORE CoLAB'a teşekkür ederiz.

Farklı Kültürler, Ortak Fikirler, Dijital Hikâyeler!

Digital Voices bizim için yalnızca dijital becerilerin geliştirildiği bir Erasmus+ gençlik değişimi değil; aynı zamanda farklı kültürlerden gençlerin birbirlerini dinlediği, fikirlerini paylaştığı ve birlikte ürettiği güçlü bir öğrenme deneyimiydi.

Sofya’da gerçekleşen proje boyunca katılımcılar, yaygın eğitim yöntemleri aracılığıyla yapay zekâ, dijital yaratıcılık, eleştirel düşünme, gençlik katılımı ve kültürlerarası diyalog üzerine birlikte çalıştı. Proje, farklı ülkelerden gençlerin kültürel bakış açılarını paylaşarak kapsayıcılığı, Avrupa değerlerini, aktif vatandaşlığı ve hem yerel topluluklara hem de Avrupa Birliği’ne aidiyet duygusunu güçlendirmeyi amaçladı.

Farklı ülkelerden gelen gençlerin aynı ortamda öğrenmesi, paylaşması ve yeni dostluklar kurması bize Erasmus+’ın en önemli mesajlarından birini bir kez daha hatırlattı: “Farklılıklarımız bizi ayırmak zorunda değil; birlikte ürettiğimizde bizi daha güçlü kılabilir.

Different Cultures, Shared Ideas, Digital Stories!

For us, Digital Voices was not only an Erasmus+ Youth Exchange focused on developing digital skills; it was also a powerful learning experience where young people from different cultures listened to one another, shared their ideas, and created together.

Throughout the project in Sofia, participants worked together on artificial intelligence, digital creativity, critical thinking, youth participation, and intercultural dialogue through non-formal education methods. The project aimed to strengthen inclusion, European values, active citizenship, and a sense of belonging to both local communities and the European Union by encouraging young people from different countries to share their cultural perspectives.

Through workshops, group activities, and creative digital work, young people not only learned how to use new tools but also had the opportunity to express their ideas, understand different perspectives, create together, and make their voices heard on social issues.

Digital Voices: Gençlerin Dijital Sesi Sofya’da!

Erasmus+ kapsamında gerçekleştirilen “Digital Voices” adlı gençlik değişimi projesine katılmaktan büyük mutluluk duyduk!

8–13 Haziran 2026 tarihleri arasında Sofya, Bulgaristan’da gerçekleştirilen proje, farklı ülkelerden gençleri bir araya getirerek gençlik katılımı, aktif vatandaşlık, kültürlerarası öğrenme, yapay zekâ ve dijital araçların yaratıcı kullanımı konularına odaklandı.

Proje boyunca gençler; fikirlerini dijital ortamda nasıl daha etkili ifade edebileceklerini, toplumsal konularda farkındalık yaratmak için AI ve dijital araçlardan nasıl yararlanabileceklerini ve dijital dünyada nasıl daha aktif birer vatandaş olabileceklerini keşfettiler.

Özellikle dijital hikâye anlatımı, yapay zekâ destekli görseller ve yaratıcı dijital kampanyalar, gençlerin kendi seslerini duyurmaları ve toplumsal değişime katkı sunmaları için yeni yollar açtı.

Gençlerin yalnızca dijital araçların kullanıcıları değil, aynı zamanda fikir üreten, sorgulayan, yaratan ve topluma katkı sağlayan aktif bireyler olmalarını desteklemeye devam ediyoruz.

Digital Voices: Young People’s Digital Voices in Sofia!

We were delighted to take part in the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange project “Digital Voices”!

Held in Sofia, Bulgaria, from 8–13 June 2026, the project brought together young people from different countries and focused on youth participation, active citizenship, intercultural learning, artificial intelligence, and the creative use of digital tools.

Throughout the project, young people explored how to express their ideas more effectively in digital environments, how to use AI and digital tools to raise awareness of social issues, and how to become more active citizens in the digital world.

In particular, digital storytelling, AI-generated visuals, and creative digital campaigns opened up new ways for young people to make their voices heard and contribute to positive social change.

We continue to support young people in becoming not only users of digital tools, but also active individuals who generate ideas, think critically, create, and contribute to their communities.

📅 DAY 7 – Celebrating Learning & Looking Ahead

🌍 The final day of the REACH Youth Exchange marked the celebration of an unforgettable learning journey.
Participants worked together to create videos and infographics showcasing the project's achievements, key messages, and memorable moments.

🎓 The highlight of the day was the Youthpass Award Ceremony, where every participant received recognition for the competences they developed throughout the project.

💙 The exchange concluded with a final meeting of youth leaders, reflecting on the project's impact and discussing future cooperation opportunities.
Although the project has officially come to an end, the friendships, knowledge, and commitment to promoting gender equality and community harmony will continue long after we return home.

📅 DAY 6 – Public Speaking & Final Reflections

🌍 Day 6 challenged participants to express their ideas confidently and advocate for equality.

The Romanian team started the day with an energizer before participants enjoyed a fun Idiom Challenge, discovering expressions from different cultures and languages.

🎤 During the TED Talk-style Debate, participants delivered inspiring speeches on gender equality, sharing personal experiences, ideas, and possible solutions for building more inclusive communities.

🍽️ Participants also had the opportunity to experience Portuguese culture by tasting one of the country's most famous traditional dishes.

💭 The day ended with heartfelt final reflections, where participants looked back on everything they had learned, the friendships they had built, and the personal growth they had experienced throughout the exchange.

✨ Every voice matters. Every story contributes to change.

📅 DAY 5 – Art, Debate & Women's Leadership

🌍 Day 5 encouraged participants to think critically about gender equality through cinema, debate, and leadership.
After an energizer hosted by our German partners, participants watched a thought-provoking film exploring violence and inequality, followed by engaging discussions about how art and cinema can inspire social change.

🎬 Through debate sessions, participants reflected on the role of storytelling in challenging stereotypes and promoting equality.

💬 In the afternoon, international teams compared the current situation of gender equality in their countries, discussing legislation, education, employment, social life, science, and sports.

👩‍💼 The day concluded with an inspiring debate on Women in Business – Voices of Leadership, where participants exchanged ideas about equal opportunities, barriers women still face, and the importance of inclusive leadership.

✨ Open dialogue continues to inspire new perspectives and stronger commitments to equality.

📅 DAY 4 – Gender Equality Through Media & Community Voices

🌍 Day 4 of the REACH Youth Exchange focused on understanding inequality through media, communication, and real-life experiences.

The morning started with an energizer led by our Spanish partners before participants explored how infographics can be powerful tools for raising awareness about gender inequality.

📡 During interactive workshops, participants discovered different communication and broadcasting channels, discussing how information spreads and how media can influence public opinion.

🏆 The excitement continued with the REACH Awards, celebrating participants' creativity, teamwork, and active participation throughout the project.

🎤 In the afternoon, participants stepped outside the training venue to interview local people, collecting different perspectives on gender equality and community life. This activity encouraged meaningful dialogue between young people and the local community.

✨ Every conversation reminded us that awareness begins with listening, understanding, and engaging with others.

📅 DAY 3 – Digital Competence & Online Safety

🌍 Day 3 of the REACH Youth Exchange was dedicated to digital competence and online safety!

The day began with an energizer organized by our Turkish team, creating a positive atmosphere before diving into the topic of digital skills.

💻 Participants explored the question "What does being digitally competent mean?", sharing ideas about responsible technology use and the importance of digital citizenship.

📊 Through a presentation on DigComp 2.2, young people discovered the European framework for digital competence and reflected on the essential skills needed in today's digital world.

🔍 In interactive workshops, participants researched different forms of gender-based violence in virtual environments, discussing how online spaces can both empower and challenge equality.

🎭 The day continued with a Cyberbullying Acting Scenario, where participants used role-play to understand the emotional impact of cyberbullying and explored ways to respond effectively and support victims.

🌎 We concluded the day with another wonderful Cultural Evening, where Spain, Germany, and North Macedonia proudly shared their traditions, music, dances, and cuisine, strengthening intercultural understanding and friendships.

✨ Together, we continue building a safer, more inclusive, and digitally competent Europe.

SECOND DAY IN BRAGANÇA!!

🌍 Day 2 of our Erasmus+ Youth Exchange "REACH – Raising Equality Awareness for Community Harmony" was filled with learning, creativity, and intercultural exchange!
We started the day with energetic icebreaking activities facilitated by our partners from North Macedonia, helping participants build stronger connections and create a positive atmosphere for collaboration.
💬 Through a Silent Dialogue activity, young people reflected on gender equality, expressing their thoughts and perspectives in a creative and respectful way.
🌎 In the "Create Your Own Country" group activity, participants designed imaginary countries based on shared values such as equality, inclusion, and peace, before presenting their ideas to the whole group.
🗣️ Language and culture also took center stage! Participants enjoyed a fun Language Competition and worked together to create a language chart in six different languages, celebrating Europe's linguistic diversity.
🎭 The day ended with an inspiring Traditional Evening, where Portugal, Türkiye, and Romania introduced their cultures, traditions, music, dances, and delicious local food, creating unforgettable moments of intercultural learning and friendship.
Finally, team leaders came together for the daily evaluation meeting, reflecting on the day's achievements and preparing for the next exciting activities.
✨ Every activity brought us one step closer to promoting equality, mutual understanding, and community harmony across cultures.
