As Mülkiye Scientific Research and Development Cooperative, we are participating in the youth exchange Breaking Silence, Building Bonds in Poland 🌍

Now we are halfway through the project.
Together with young people from different countries, we discuss the impact of COVID-19, share experiences, and develop ideas through workshops and group activities.
Different perspectives help us build empathy, understanding and cooperation beyond borders 🤝

Üyemiz Asena Gülmez ve Mustafa Öztürk, Mülkiye Bilimsel Araştırma ve Geliştirme Kooperatifimizi temsilen 27.12.2025 – 06.01.2026 tarihleri arasında Polonya’nın Lublin kentine bağlı Motycz Leśny bölgesinde düzenlenen “Unfrozen Spotlights 3.0” Erasmus+ eğitim kursuna katılım göstermişlerdir.

Bu süre zarfında “non-formal educational methods” ve “theatre games” başlıkları altında son derece verimli deneyimler elde etmişler; ayrıca gelecekte düzenlenebilecek gençlik değişimleri ve eğitim programları için güvenilir partner organizasyonlarla güçlü iş birlikleri kurmuşlardır.

Kooperatif bünyesinde, okulumuz öğrencilerine ve mezunlarımıza yönelik gençlik değişimi ve eğitim çalışmaları, bu kazanımlar doğrultusunda devam edecektir.

Our members, Asena Gülmez and Mustafa Öztürk, represented our Mülkiye Scientific Research and Development Cooperative at the “Unfrozen Spotlights 3E” Erasmus+ training course held in the Motycz Leśny region of Lublin, Poland, from December 27th, 2025, to January 6th, 2026.

During this period, they gained highly productive experiences under the topics of “non-formal educational methods” and “theatre games.” Additionally, they established strong collaborations with reliable partner organizations for future youth exchanges and educational programs.

Within the cooperative, our ongoing educational activities focusing on youth exchanges for our school’s students and graduates will continue, enriched by these experiences. ̈lkiye

As Mülkiye Scientific Research and Development Cooperative, we proudly took part in an international training course together with teams from Poland, Portugal, Turkey, Georgia, Sint Martin, Hungary, and Lithuania.

Before exploring theater games as a methodology—focusing on both game design and practical implementation—participants joined a range of creative workshops. These included special effects makeup sessions centered on scars and visual effects, handmade workshops for developing character inventories and props, and theatrical workshops that supported deeper understanding of character embodiment and performance.

During the program, participants took part in three theater games, two of which were created by the participants themselves.
🏰 Eldarion, the main New Year’s game, invited participants to become magical creatures striving to preserve balance in their world.
❤️ Inside the Human Body placed participants inside a human body, assigning them the roles of organs working together with the shared mission of saving the body.
🎄 UnFrozen Fabrica immersed us in the atmosphere of Santa Claus’s New Year factory, where participants faced challenges that nearly brought Christmas to the brink of collapse.

Through these immersive experiences, we enhanced our theatrical skills, imagination, flexibility, and creative thinking. We experimented with new ideas, collaborated closely, and enjoyed exploring a wide variety of characters and stories.

The program also included an educational visit to Krakow, where visits to art galleries and thematic locations inspired fresh perspectives and supported the development of our characters’ identities.

W spotkaniu udział wzięli: Andrzej Smyk (Heureka Generator, Polska), Bernadett Papp (AzOk, Węgry), Valkan Aleksandrov Manolov (Mülkiye Bilimsel Araştırma ve Geliştirme Kooperatifi, Turcja), Polina Haiduk (SVOI, Ukraine).

Już niedługo rozpoczniemy spotkania online z uczestnikami kursu, które pozwolą im na dobre przygotowanie się do grudniowego spotkania w Polsce 💻

We have concluded an online working meeting of the trainer and facilitators of the UnFrozen Spotlights 3.0 training course 🛠

During the meeting, we discussed:

👉the progress in workshop preparation
👉the profiles of our participants
👉the final structure of the daily schedule
👉the profiles of our participants
👉and the plan of the educational trip during the course.

The meeting was attended by Andrzej Smyk (Heureka Generator, Poland), Bernadett Papp (AzOk, Hungary), Valkan Aleksandrov Manolov (Mülkiye Bilimsel Araştırma ve Geliştirme Kooperatifi, Türkiye), and Polina Haiduk (SVOI, Ukraine).

Soon we will start online meetings with the participants of the course, which will help them prepare well for the December meeting in Poland 💻
