The Embassy acknowledges receipt of your letter regarding the upcoming election of the Filipino Community in Izmir scheduled for May 10, 2026.

We commend your organization’s initiative in conducting a fair and transparent election process for the selection of your new set of officers. Kindly ensure that the election is carried out in accordance with your organization’s constitution and by-laws, and that the process remains inclusive, orderly, and well-documented.

At this time, there are no specific requirements from the Embassy; however, we encourage you to submit a post-election report, including the list of newly elected officers, for our records.
