Anatolia Congress is one of the AIESEC world's greatest congress, which brings young people from around the world, and offer cultural awareness and leadership.It has been held since 1995. Thus far, more than 1200 AIESECers, from more than 50 AIESEC countries, participated in Anatolia Congress. Anatolia Congress aims to bring together AIESEC people from different cultures. Its main goal is to estab
lish good relationships between AIESECers from all around the world. By participating in this congress, delegates will have the opportunity to learn more about Turkey, Turkish Culture, and other cultures as well. It gives the delegates the chance to break their prejudices and form broader world views. Within the Congress, with participation of well-known and experienced externals and AIESECers, we seek to develop our leadership capabilities, explore solutions for global problems, learn more about cultural differences and cultural shock, and understand more about ourselves and our leadership styles with self-discovery sessions.
