l the world population, the Eurasian region thus represents a center of excellence in terms of educational developments and cultural flows. By building an international educational platform for regional universities, EURAS serves its members as a bridge to reach the best educational services wordwide. EURAS connects universities and higher education institutions belonging to different geo-political and cultural backgrounds and seeks ways to enhance their dialogue and exchange of best practices. EURAS vision is oriented to the promotion of peace and solidarity worldwide through the development of culture and new educational systems. We believe that education is the key for a better society and a more equal world. Our vision for the future is that of a society of self-aware and highly qualified individuals benefiting from global education and mobility services. EURAS aims to open the borders of education to the widest possible public and to favour the exchange of knowledge and best practices among higher education institutions from all the Eurasian region. In order to accomplish these goals, EURAS seeks to enhance cooperation between universities belonging to well developed regions and universities based in challenging areas. As the Eurasian Universities Union (EURAS), we held our final Expanded Members Meeting of the 2025, during which we conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the activities carried out and the collaborations established throughout 2025. We also discussed our plans for the upcoming period. In this context, we informed our members about the 11th Eurasia Higher Education Summit – EURIE, which will take place on 7–9 April 2026.

I extend my sincere gratitude to all our members for their constructive insights, valuable suggestions, and strong cooperation throughout the process. Together, we continue to shape the future through collective wisdom.
