İş Dünyası Aile İçi Şiddete Karşı (BADV) Projesi, 2013 yılında Sabancı Üniversitesi Kurumsal Yönetim Forumu tarafından çalışanların yakın ilişkide maruz kaldıkları şiddete karşı iş yerlerinde destek mekanizmaları oluşturulması ve iş dünyasının yönetimsel ve örgütsel yeteneklerini kullanarak aile içi şiddeti azaltıcı en iyi uygulamaları, araç ve yöntemleri yaygınlaştırmaları üzerine tasarlandı. Sabanci University (SU) Corporate Governance Forum of Turkey (CGFT) created the Business Against Domestic Violence (BADV) Project to implement support mechanisms in the workplace and promote tools, methods, and best practices to reduce domestic violence using businesses’ managerial and organizational capabilities. The project aims to identify how best to mobilize businesses to use their organizational capabilities against domestic violence.
