Across governments, businesses, finance, cities, and civil society, the Action Agenda sets a unified direction of travel, connecting efforts into a coordinated vision for progress. It is designed to move beyond alignment on goals and into alignment on action.

As Dan Ioschpe underscored during his participation in the Implementation Labs at Climate Week 3 in Yeosu, success will be defined by the implementation of solutions, where delivery becomes the measure and sustainable socio-economic development is driven by results on the ground.

We’re leaving Climate Week 3 in Yeosu with a clear mission: making climate action work for people in their daily lives.

Over the last few days, COP31 Climate High-Level Champion Samed Ağırbaş has been on the ground, moving beyond the conference rooms to see where real solutions are being built.

As we look toward COP31 in Antalya, we are accelerating the partnerships that prove a safer, cleaner, and fairer world is possible today.

Meaningful climate action requires a whole-of-society approach. That’s why we were thrilled to receive a call from Sally Higgins, the COP31 Presidency Youth Climate Champion, during Climate Week 3 in Yeosu.

We are excited to collaborate with Sally in her new role to ensure youth voices are not just heard, but are a central part of the delivery of climate solutions.

More than ten years of climate action. One renewed Action Agenda. A community of leaders united to implement bold solutions.

Current and former Climate High-Level Champions met today in Antalya, Türkiye for a milestone conversation on the Global Climate Action Agenda.

They reflected on a decade of collective achievement: partnerships built, commitments mobilised, and the proof that business, cities and civil society can and do drive tangible climate progress.

With the renewed Marrakech Partnership for Global Climate Action, the focus turns to the next five years — and to the implementation that will define this new chapter.

The Climate Champions community — past and present — continues to advance practical, scalable solutions through non-State actors’ leadership toward COP31 and beyond.

The Climate Champions Team brings the Climate High-Level Champions’ objectives to life in support of Global Climate Action — turning the outcomes of the first Global Stocktake into real-world progress.

As the Global Climate Action Agenda enters a new five-year phase focused on implementation at speed and scale, the team’s leadership is evolving too.

We extend our deep gratitude to Frances for her six years of leadership as Executive Director of CCT. We are delighted to announce that Lisa Larsen, formerly our Chief Operating Officer, will step into the Executive Director role. Lisa brings two decades of experience leading high-performing teams and social-purpose organizations. Combining operational expertise with a deep understanding of strategy, Lisa’s track record ensures the continuity and stability needed to turn high-level ambition into measurable impact.
