Call for Participation: The Process Begins for Those Who Wish to Join as a Guest, Speaker, or Moderator, or Plan a Session as an NGO, Initiative, Platform, or Student Club

The process is now open for those who want to take part as a guest, speaker, or moderator, or to propose a session as an NGO, initiative, platform, or student club at , which proudly maintains its status as the only conference (in any medical field) led by civil society.
The First Step to Co-Organizing
Maintaining its unique position as the only civil society-led conference in the field of HIV/AIDS, is back on stage after a two-year break with the vision of
is designed as a gathering that aims to encompass and surpass the experience accumulated over its past three editions. It seeks to reconstruct the language, stance, and direction of HIV activism together with civil society, academia, the medical community, and youth initiatives.

As announced in our manifesto, the process begins for those who wish to take part in as a guest, speaker, or moderator, or to propose a session as an NGO, initiative, platform, or student club.
At this stage, rather than burdening you with a detailed application form, we kindly ask you to express your interest by answering the questions below. Based on the information you send, we will get in touch with you and shape the process together.

(We would also like to bring one point to your attention before you apply: As Kırmızı Kurdele İstanbul (Red Ribbon Istanbul), we are upholding a principle for that we believe should apply across all civil society but, unfortunately, is rarely put into practice. We are planning to provide a symbolic honorarium to the moderators, speakers, and panelists who dedicate their time and effort to the conference, to the extent of the financial support we can find. Since we do not believe it is right for this practice to remain an exception rather than the norm, we kindly ask you to keep this in mind when deciding whether to apply.)
