Through workshops, debates, and simulations, participants will develop communication, leadership, teamwork, and critical thinking skills, and co-create a Youth Declaration for the future of Europe.

🌍✨ Bet on a Woman Project – Final Chapter | Projenin Son Bölümü ✨🌍

🇹🇷 Aylar süren yolculuğumuz boyunca Polonya’dan İspanya’ya, Portekiz’den Türkiye’ye uzanan birçok etkinlik, çevrimiçi oturumlar ve yerelde yürüttüğümüz projelerle yüzlerce genç kadının yoluna dokunduk. 💪👩‍💼

Bu proje sayesinde genç kadınların girişimcilik ve liderlik alanında güçlenmesine katkı sağladık, deneyimlerimizi paylaştık ve birbirimizden ilham aldık. Proje sona ererken geride bıraktığımız en büyük kazanım, dayanışma ve cesaretle büyüyen bir topluluk oldu. 🌟

🙏 Emeği geçen tüm partnerlere, katılımcılara ve bu yolculuğun bir parçası olan herkese teşekkürler.

💡 Biz inanıyoruz ki: “Bir kadına şans ver, dünyayı değiştir.”

🇬🇧 Throughout our journey, from Poland to Spain, from Portugal to Turkey, with international activities, online sessions, and local projects, we had the chance to empower and inspire hundreds of young women. 💪👩‍💼

This project contributed to strengthening young women in the fields of entrepreneurship and leadership, while also creating spaces for sharing experiences and learning from each other. As the project comes to an end, our greatest achievement is the community we built, one that grows with solidarity and courage. 🌟

🙏 Huge thanks to all partners, participants, and everyone who has been part of this journey.

✅ BoW Antalya’25 – Yerel Etkinlik Tamamlandı!

09 Ağustos 2025’te Antalya Millet Bahçesi Merkezi’nde gerçekleştirdiğimiz Bet on a Woman projesi yerel etkinliğimizde, Erasmus+ ve ESC programlarını tanıttık, kadın temelli sosyal projeler üzerine fikir alışverişi yaptık. 💡👩‍💼

Etkinliğin en dikkat çekici kısmı olan Proje Yönetimi Atölyesi zaman kısıtlı ve yoğun bir formatta uygulandı. Katılımcılar;
📌 Proje yönetiminin kilit noktalarını ve farklı düzeylerdeki örnekleri öğrendi
👥 Rastgele gruplara ayrıldı
💡 10-15 dakika içinde, tanıştıkları yeni kişilerle birlikte bir proje fikri geliştirdi
🗣️ Geliştirdikleri projeleri tüm gruplara sundu

Bu süreçte non-formal education yöntemlerinden Learning by Doing yaklaşımı kullanılarak, kısa sürede yaratıcı fikirler üretme, ekip halinde çalışma ve proje sunma becerileri güçlendirildi.

On August 30th, we proudly celebrate Victory Day and respectfully commemorate Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk and all our heroes.

🇵🇹 We were in Chaves, Portugal for the final meeting of our KA2 project between 28-31 July 2025!

On the first day, we looked back on the whole project: what we achieved, what worked well, and where we can improve. We also welcomed Portuguese young women who joined the local workshops and shared their inspiring experiences with us. ✨

The second day, together with Inspira Association, we discovered the city: the history of the Roman bridge, the thermal baths, tasted the famous Chaves pastry, and even drank thermal water! Later, we learned about Inspira’s local projects and ended the day by collaborating with their volunteers in a forest clean-up. 🌍🌿

It was a short but very meaningful meeting, full of learning, sharing, and connection. 💜

A big thank you to our wonderful partners and to all colleagues who made this project such a valuable journey.

🎭 “Bet on a Woman” Creative Drama Workshop in Antalya!

🌟 As part of the Bet on a Woman project, which aims to empower young women through leadership, entrepreneurship, and active participation, we brought together an incredible group of participants in Antalya for a Creative Drama Workshop filled with expression, emotion, and transformation.

Through the power of non-formal education methods, participants explored their inner voices, shared personal experiences, and collectively built a safe and inclusive space where they could reflect, imagine, and express freely. 🗣️💫

🎭 In this workshop, creative drama was not just a method — it was a tool for empowerment. Participants engaged in role plays, improvisation exercises, body language activities, and storytelling sessions that helped them discover their strengths, challenge societal roles, and amplify their sense of agency.

👥 The group-based, interactive nature of the workshop promoted mutual understanding, empathy, and collaboration — all in line with the core principles of Erasmus+, such as participation, inclusion, and lifelong learning.

💡 The session also inspired participants to think about how creative drama can be used as a tool in youth work, local initiatives, and community-based projects aimed at promoting gender equality and empowering marginalized voices.

💪 We thank all participants for their energy, courage, and contribution — and we look forward to many more moments where voices are heard, stories are told, and women lead the way.

🎉 “Bet on a Woman” Workshop Development Workshop Held in Adana!

🌟 As part of the Bet on a Woman project dedicated to empowering women, we organized a dynamic workshop focused on workshop development, designed to equip participants with practical skills and tools to collaboratively design and implement impactful activities that foster leadership and entrepreneurship.

👥 Throughout the workshop, participants engaged in group work and collaborative brainstorming sessions, embodying the spirit of non-formal education methods that encourage open dialogue, creativity, and peer learning.

🛠️ A key element of the workshop was the introduction and exploration of the Entrepreneurship and Leadership Toolkit, a core resource of the Bet on a Woman project. Participants actively discussed how to adapt and integrate this toolkit to create their own workshops tailored to their communities.

💬 The interactive format enabled participants to express ideas freely, develop innovative workshop concepts, and share local and national experiences, enhancing their skills in project design, facilitation, and community engagement.

📍 Held in the welcoming environment of Adana, this Erasmus+ local activity significantly contributed to capacity building, youth empowerment, and gender equality awareness, key priorities of the project.

💪 By fostering teamwork, creativity, and practical learning, the workshop helped unlock the participants’ potential to become future leaders and change-makers in their communities.
