تُنفّذ منظمة (للبلد سند) حالياً برنامج تدريبات مهنية بالتنسيق مع مديرية الشؤون الاجتماعية في حلب و بدعم من صندوق التمويل الإنساني لسوريا عبر الحدود SCHF

يستهدف البرنامج أكثر من 100 مستفيد ومستفيدة من الفئات الأشد ضعفاً، بهدف تعزيز مهاراتهم ورفع فرصهم في تحقيق دخل مستدام.

تُقام التدريبات في عدة مواقع ضمن ريف حلب (عفرين – جنديرس – دارة عزة)، وتشمل مجالات: تصفيف الشعر للسيدات، الخياطة النسائية، والصناعات الغذائية المنزلية.

يمتد البرنامج على مدار 20 يوم تجمع بين الجانبين النظري والعملي، بإشراف مدربين مختصين وضمن بيئة تدريبية مجهزة.

يهدف البرنامج إلى تمكين المشاركين من دخول سوق العمل أو إطلاق مشاريعهم الخاصة، مع تقديم منح مشاريع صغيرة لما يصل إلى 75 مستفيداً وفق معايير محددة، بما يضمن تحقيق أثر اقتصادي مستدام.

يساهم هذا البرنامج في تحسين سبل العيش، وتعزيز الاعتماد على الذات، ودعم التعافي الاقتصادي المحلي

Sened Organization Implements Vocational Training Program in Rural Aleppo

"Lilbalad Sened" organization is currently implementing a Vocational Training Program in coordination with the Directorate of Social Affairs in Aleppo, supported by the Syria Cross-border Humanitarian Fund (SCHF). The program targets over 100 vulnerable beneficiaries (men and women), aiming to enhance their skills and increase their opportunities for sustainable income generation.

The training sessions are conducted across several locations in rural Aleppo (Afrin, Jindires, and Atareb/Darat Izza), covering the following sectors:

Female Hairdressing.

Dressmaking and Tailoring.

Home-based Food Processing.



The program spans 20 days, combining both theoretical and practical components under the supervision of specialized trainers within fully equipped training environments.

Beyond skill-building, the program aims to empower participants to enter the labor market or launch their own small businesses. This includes providing Small Business Grants (SBGs) to up to 75 beneficiaries based on specific selection criteria, ensuring a long-term and sustainable economic impact.

This initiative contributes to improving livelihoods, fostering self-reliance, and supporting local economic recovery in the region.

تقوم منظمة للبلد سند ببدء أعمال التقييم الفني لعدد من المدارس في منطقة عفرين، وذلك ضمن مشروع يُنفذ بالشراكة مع سوليدار سويس وبدعم من سويس سوليداريتي وبالتنسيق مع مديرية التربية في حلب، بهدف تحسين البيئة التعليمية ورفع مستوى السلامة والبنية التحتية في المدارس.

تركّز مرحلة التقييم الفني على عدة محاور أساسية، أهمها:

1. تقييم واقع كتل التواليتات (الخلايا الصحية)ضمن كل مدرسة من حيث الجاهزية، العدد، والحالة الفنية والاحتياجات اللازمة لها
2. دراسة الاحتياجات الفعلية لكل مدرسة بما يتناسب مع عدد الطلاب والاستخدام ومنه:
تقييم عناصر الأمن والسلامة، بما في ذلك: (وجود سور للمدرسة وكيفية جعل وضع المدرسة آمنا ، سلامة البنية العامة للموقع المدرسي)
3. تقييم وضع الصفوف الدراسية والمقاعد ومدى ملاءمتها للعملية التعليمية
4. رصد الأضرار في البنية التحتية مثل الأرضيات، الساحات،
تأتي هذه الخطوة كمرحلة أساسية لضمان:
تحديد الأولويات بشكل دقيق
تلتزم منظمة سند بدعم قطاع التعليم من خلال توفير بيئة مدرسية آمنة وصحية تضمن راحة الطلاب والكادر التعليمي، وتسهم في تحسين جودة العملية التعليمية.

Sened Starts Technical Assessments for Schools in Afrin
Lilbalad Sanad Organization has launched technical assessment operations for several schools in the Afrin region. This project is being implemented in partnership with Solidar Suisse, supported by Swiss Solidarity, and in coordination with the Directorate of Education in Aleppo. The initiative aims to enhance the educational environment and improve safety and infrastructure standards within the targeted schools.
The technical assessment phase focuses on several key pillars, most notably:
1. Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) Assessment: Evaluating the current state of latrine blocks (sanitary cells) in each school in terms of readiness, quantity, technical condition, and necessary requirements.
2. Needs Assessment based on Student Population: Studying the actual needs of each school relative to the number of students and usage, including:
o Safety and Security Evaluation: Assessing the presence and condition of school perimeter walls and identifying measures to ensure a secure school environment and general site safety.
3. Classroom and Furniture Assessment: Evaluating the condition of classrooms and desks to ensure their suitability for the educational process.
4. Infrastructure Damage Survey: Monitoring and documenting damages in infrastructure, such as flooring and school courtyards.
This phase is essential to ensure:
• The accurate identification and ranking of priorities.

تُعلن منظمة بدعم من صندوق التمويل الإنساني لسوريا عبر الحدود (SCHF) وبالتنسيق مع مديرية الشؤون الاجتماعية في حلب عن إطلاق برنامج دعم وتطوير المشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة القائمة.
✅ من يمكنه التقديم؟
• أصحاب المشاريع القائمة في:
o عفرين
o جنديرس
o دارة عزة
شروط التقديم:
1. أن يكون المشروع قائم منذ 6 أشهر على الأقل
2. أن يكون المتقدم مالكاً أو شريكاً رئيسياً
3. القدرة على القراءة والكتابة
4. الالتزام بحضور تدريب لمدة 3 أيام

في إطار تعزيز التعاون لدعم القطاع التعليمي، أجرى وفد من منظمة Solidar Suisse

زيارة ميدانية إلى منطقة عفرين بريف حلب الشمالي، لمتابعة سير أعمال مشروع إعادة تأهيل المدارس الذي تنفذه منظمة "للبلد سند" بالتنسيق مع مديرية التربية والتعليم.

وقد هدفت الجولة إلى الاطلاع المباشر على المدارس التي تم اختيارها وفق أولويات احتياجاتها، ومناقشة سبل ضمان جاهزية مرافق الإصحاح لتوفير بيئة تعليمية آمنة وشاملة، بما يسهم في استقرار العملية التربوية ودفع عجلة التعليم في المنطقة.

As part of efforts to strengthen cooperation to support the education sector, a delegation from Solidar Suisse conducted a field visit to Afrin region in northern Aleppo to monitor the progress of the school rehabilitation project implemented by "LilBalad Sanad" organization uncder the consultation of the Directorate of Education.

The visit aimed to directly observe the selected schools, in light of the their needs priorities , and discuss ways to ensure the functionality of theWASH facilities to ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment, thereby contributing to the stability of the educational process & enhance the teaching quality .

قدّمت منظمة للبلد سند الدفعة الثالثة من المساعدات النقدية متعددة الأغراض للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في ريف حلب الشمالي، استمراراً لجهودها في دعم الفئات الأشدّ ضعفاً بدعم من صندوق التمويل الإنساني لسوريا عبر الحدود SCHF.

وجاءت هذه الدفعة عقب استكمال عمليات التحقق والتواصل مع المستفيدين وفق معايير الاستهداف المعتمدة، بما يضمن الالتزام بمبادئ الحياد والشفافية وصون كرامة المستفيدين.

وقد أسهمت هذه الدفعة في تمكين الأسر المستفيدة من تلبية احتياجاتها الأساسية والتخفيف من الضغوط الاقتصادية التي تواجهها، بما يعزّز قدرتها على الصمود في ظل الظروف الراهنة.



Lilbalad Sened Organization has provided the third installment of Multi-Purpose Cash Assistance (MPCA) to persons with disabilities in northern rural Aleppo. This initiative is part of its ongoing efforts to support the most vulnerable groups, with funding from the Syria Cross-border Humanitarian Fund (SCHF).

This distribution followed the completion of verification and communication processes with beneficiaries in accordance with approved targeting criteria, ensuring commitment to the principles of neutrality, transparency, and the preservation of beneficiaries' dignity.

This installment has contributed to enabling the recipient families to meet their basic needs and alleviating the economic pressures they face, thereby enhancing their resilience amidst the current circumstances.

بخطى ملؤها الثقة، وابتسامات تتجاوز حدود الكلام، احتفلت منظمة "للبلد سند" باليوم العالمي لاضطراب طيف التوحد، في يومٍ لم يكن مجرد مناسبة عابرة، بل رسالة وفاء لأطفالنا المبدعين.

تضمن الاحتفال مجموعة من الأنشطة التفاعلية التي شارك فيها أطفالنا ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد، حيث تحولت الساحات إلى مساحات من الألوان والموسيقى، بهدف تعزيز دمجهم المجتمعي وتسليط الضوء على قدراتهم الاستثنائية التي تتخطى التحديات.

The celebration included a variety of interactive activities involving children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The venues were transformed into vibrant spaces of color and music, aiming to enhance their social inclusion and highlight their exceptional abilities that rise above all challenges.

At "Lilbalad Sened," we believe that difference is not a barrier, but a mark of distinction. Through the Kafrihumul Center, we renew our commitment to providing integrated support and specialized care for these heroes, ensuring they are active and influential members of society.

في إطار جهودها المستمرة لدعم الفئات الأكثر هشاشة، وتنفيذاً لمشروع الهادف إلى تعزيز سبل العيش وتحسين جودة الحياة والمدعوم من قبل CDP، أقامت منظمة "للبلد سند" حملة استجابة إنسانية، وزعت خلالها مساعدات طبية وعينية تخصصية استهدفت الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة في مناطق (حريتان، بابيص، ومعرة الأرتيق).

ويأتي هذا النشاط الإنساني ثمرة لعمليات تقييم دقيقة ومتابعة ميدانية مستمرة قام بها فريق المنظمة للوقوف على الاحتياجات الحقيقية لهذه الشريحة المجتمعية. وقد تم تجهيز المساعدات لتوفير الدعم اللازم للأطفال المستفيدين، للتخفيف من معاناتهم اليومية وتحسين ظروفهم المعيشية.

وأكدت المنظمة أن هذه التدخلات تأتي ضمن التزامها الراسخ بمسؤولياتها الإنسانية تجاه الأطفال في مناطق الشمال السوري، وحرصها على الوصول إلى الفئات الأكثر احتياجاً عبر مشاريعها المتنوعة، والتي يتم تصميمها بناءً على دراسات ومعاينات ميدانية دقيقة

Within its ongoing efforts to support the most vulnerable groups and as part of a project funded by CDP aimed at enhancing livelihoods and improving quality of life, Lel Balad Sanad organization launched a humanitarian response campaign. During this initiative, the organization distributed specialized medical and in-kind assistance targeting children with disabilities in Hreitan, Babis, and Maarat al-Artiq.

This humanitarian activity is the result of rigorous assessments and continuous field follow-ups conducted by the organization’s team to identify the actual needs of this community segment. The aid was specifically prepared to provide necessary support to the beneficiary children, aiming to alleviate their daily suffering and improve their living conditions.

The organization reaffirmed that these interventions are part of its unwavering commitment to its humanitarian responsibilities toward all children in Northern Syria. It emphasized its dedication to reaching those in greatest need through diverse projects designed based on accurate field studies and evaluations.
