جلسة توعية عن مخاطر مخلفات الحرب والألغام

تم اليوم تنظيم جلسة توعية للبالغين في أحد أحياء مدينة الرقة، تهدف إلى زيادة وعي المجتمع حول مخاطر الألغام والأجسام المتفجرة غير المنفجرة، وتعريفهم بـ طرق الوقاية والتصرف الصحيح عند الاشتباه بوجود جسم خطير.
من خلال الالتزام بإرشادات السلامة والإبلاغ عن الأجسام المشبوهة، يمكننا جميعاً حماية الأرواح والحد من الحوادث والإصابات.
📄 كما تم توزيع منشورات توعوية لتعزيز معرفة المجتمع حول هذه المخاطر.
معاً نحو بيئة أكثر أماناً!

Mine and Explosive Remnants of War (ERW) Risk Awareness Session

Today, an awareness session was conducted for adults in one of the neighborhoods of Raqqa city, aiming to increase community awareness about the dangers of landmines and unexploded explosive ordnance (UXO), and to educate participants on preventive measures and the correct actions to take when encountering a suspicious or dangerous object.

By following safety guidelines and reporting suspicious items to the relevant authorities, we can all help protect lives and reduce accidents and injuries.

📄 Awareness leaflets were also distributed to strengthen community knowledge about these risks.

بعد الانتهاء من المرحلة التدريبية، حان الوقت لتحويل هذه المهارات إلى خطط عمل واضحة ومدروسة. تتعلم المشاركات خلال هذه الجلسات كيفية دراسة السوق ، وتحديد الموارد المطلوبة.

Women trainees in Ihsim and Kafranbel continue participating in new workshops focused on business development and basic accounting skills.
After completing the training phase, it is now time to transform these skills into clear and well-structured business plans. During these sessions, participants learn how to conduct market assessments and identify the resources required to successfully launch and manage their projects.

*ضمن أنشطة رفع الوعي التي تنفذها منظمة السلام الإنسانية، نُفذت جلسات توعوية حوارية حول تعزيز القيم الأسرية والعلاقات الإيجابية، استهدفت مجموعة من الرجال واليافعين.*

تهدف الجلسات إلى توفير مساحة آمنة للنقاش حول مفهوم الاحترام المتبادل داخل الأسرة، ودور الرجل في دعم الاستقرار الأسري وبناء بيئة يسودها التفاهم والتعاون.
واستعرضنا من خلال أنشطة تفاعلية مهارات إدارة الخلافات بطرق هادئة، وأهمية التواصل الإيجابي في تعزيز العلاقات الأسرية.

نؤمن أن التغيير يبدأ بالحوار، وأن إشراك الرجال واليافعين جزء أساسي من جهود حماية الأسرة ودعم التماسك المجتمعي

As part of the awareness-raising activities implemented by Salam Humanitarian Foundation (SHF), interactive awareness sessions were conducted on strengthening family values and promoting positive relationships, targeting groups of men and adolescent boys.

The sessions aimed to provide a safe space for discussion around the concept of mutual respect within the family and the role of men in supporting family stability and fostering an environment of understanding and cooperation.

Through interactive activities, participants explored peaceful conflict management skills and the importance of positive communication in strengthening family relationships.

We believe that change begins with dialogue, and that engaging men and adolescent boys is an essential part of efforts to protect families and support social cohesion.

مشاركة مؤسسة السلام الإنسانية في المؤتمر الوطني للقطاع الخاص عبر قناة الإخبارية السورية

ضمن فعاليات المؤتمر الوطني للقطاع الخاص في سوريا، شارك الأستاذ علاء الدين أرحيمو، المدير القطري ومدير البرامج في مؤسسة السلام الإنسانية (SHF)، في لقاء خاص على قناة الإخبارية السورية، تناول فيه أهمية تعزيز الشراكة والتكامل بين مختلف القطاعات الفاعلة في عملية التنمية والتعافي.

وخلال المقابلة، تحدث أرحيمو عن أهمية توصيف وبناء علاقة شراكة فعّالة بين القطاع العام والقطاع الخاص ومنظمات المجتمع المدني، بما يسهم في توحيد الجهود وتطوير آليات العمل المشترك لتحقيق أثر تنموي مستدام يخدم المجتمعات المحلية.

كما استعرض دور مشاريع التعافي المبكر في دعم الاستقرار المجتمعي وتحسين الظروف المعيشية، إلى جانب أهمية المشاريع متناهية الصغر في توفير فرص العمل، وتعزيز الاعتماد على الذات، ودعم الأسر الأكثر احتياجًا، باعتبارها أحد المحركات الأساسية للتنمية الاقتصادية المحلية.

وأشار إلى أن المؤتمر شكّل منصة مهمة للحوار وتبادل الخبرات والرؤى بين مختلف الجهات المعنية، وأسهم في فتح آفاق جديدة للتعاون وبناء شراكات قادرة على دعم جهود التنمية وإعادة التعافي في سوريا.

تستمر رحلة التمكين في مراكز مؤسسة السلام الإنسانية (SHF) بإحسم وكفرنبل، حيث أنهت المشاركات تدريبات عملية في مجال "ريادة الأعمال".
الهدف من هذه المرحلة هو تزويد السيدات بالأدوات اللازمة لقيادة مشاريعهن بثقة، بدءاً من فهم أساسيات التسويق البسيط، وصولاً إلى اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية الصحيحة.

The empowerment journey continues at the Salam Humanitarian Foundation (SHF) centers in Ihsim and Kafranbel, where participants have successfully completed practical training sessions in Entrepreneurship.

This phase aims to equip women with the essential tools needed to confidently lead their own businesses, from understanding the fundamentals of simple marketing to making informed managerial decisions.

▪️ The trainees demonstrated remarkable engagement and a genuine determination to transform what they learned into a sustainable source of income for their families and communities.

شارك فريق منظمة السلام – مكتب الرقة في الاجتماع التنسيقي الموسع الذي نظمته مديرية الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل في محافظة الرقة، ممثلةً بمديرها السيد عدنان سكاف، وبحضور ممثلين عن مكتب الأمم المتحدة لتنسيق الشؤون الإنسانية (OCHA)، وبرنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي (UNDP)، وبرنامج الأغذية العالمي (WFP)، إلى جانب عدد من المنظمات المحلية الفاعلة في المحافظة.
ناقش المشاركون خلال الاجتماع آليات العمل المشترك، واستعرضوا سبل تعزيز الشراكات القائمة وتوحيد آليات التدخل الإنساني والتنموي، بما يسهم في رفع كفاءة الاستجابة الإنسانية، وتحقيق التكامل بين الجهات العاملة، وتلبية الاحتياجات ذات الأولوية للأهالي في محافظة الرقة.

The Salam Humanitarian Foundation (SHF) team in Raqqa participated in the expanded coordination meeting organized by the Directorate of Social Affairs and Labor in Raqqa Governorate, represented by its Director, Mr. Adnan Skaf. The meeting was attended by representatives of the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the World Food Programme (WFP), as well as several active local organizations operating in the governorate.

During the meeting, participants discussed mechanisms for joint action and explored ways to strengthen existing partnerships and harmonize humanitarian and development interventions. These efforts aim to enhance the effectiveness of the humanitarian response, promote coordination and complementarity among stakeholders, and address the priority needs of communities in Raqqa Governorate.

ليست كل البدايات سهلة… لكن الاستمرار هو ما يصنع الفرق ✨

قمر مرّت بمرحلة نزوح خارج سوريا، ثم عادت لتبدأ من جديد وسط ظروف مختلفة وتحديات حقيقية.
ورغم كل ما مرّت به، لم تتوقف… بل واصلت طريقها خطوة بعد خطوة حتى وصلت إلى هذا التقدّم الذي نراه اليوم.

لم تسمح قمر لكل ما فرضته الحياة عليها أن يُطفئ رغبتها في الاستمرار،
بل اختارت أن تنهض من جديد، وأن تبني نفسها بصبر وإصرار رغم كل التحديات.

وخلال رحلتها، كان تطوّرها الواضح في اللغة الإنجليزية انعكاسًا حقيقيًا لهذا الإصرار…
فثقتها في التحدث، وطريقتها في التعبير، وحضورها المختلف اليوم، كلها تحكي عن رحلة تعب ومحاولة وتقدّم حقيقي ✨

واليوم، نفخر بأن نرى قمر تتحدث بثقة وتحمل هذا التغيير الجميل في حضورها وصوتها.
