🔵اختتمت مزن للعمل الإنساني والتنمية أنشطة التدريب المهني التي استهدفت عدداً من الشباب والنساء ضمن برامج دعم سبل العيش وبناء القدرات، وذلك بهدف تعزيز فرص العمل وتحسين الاعتماد على الذات.
🔵شملت التدريبات عدة اختصاصات مهنية استجابةً لاحتياجات سوق العمل المحلي،مهنة تصفيف الشعر والتصنيع الغذائي للنساء وثلاث مهن للذكور: صيانة الموبايلات , السباكة وتركيب الطاقة الشمسية حيث اكتسب المشاركون مهارات عملية ومهنية تساعدهم على بدء مساراتهم المهنية وتحسين مصادر دخلهم.
🔵وفي إطار دعم المتدربين وتمكينهم من تطبيق المهارات المكتسبة، تعمل مزن حاليا على توزيع أدوات المنح المهنية لصالح 50% من المتدربين الناجحين في كل اختصاص مهني، بما يسهم في مساعدتهم على بدء أعمالهم وتحقيق الاستدامة الاقتصادية.
🔵Muzun for Humanitarian and Development has successfully completed the vocational training activities targeting youth and women as part of its livelihoods and capacity-building programs, aiming to enhance employment opportunities and strengthen self-reliance.
🔵The training covered several vocational careers based on local labor market needs, for women; hairdressing and food processing, for men; plumbing, mobile maintenance and solar system installation, enabling participants to gain practical and professional skills that support their career paths and improve their income opportunities.
🔵As part of supporting trainees and helping them apply the skills they acquired, MUZUN is currently distributing professional grant toolkits to 50% of the successful trainees in each career, contributing to the launch of their own work opportunities and promoting sustainable economic empowerment.
