ملخص الوظيفة:
تسعى مؤسسة السلام الإنسانية (SHF) إلى تعزيز قدرات النساء في مخيمات الدانا من خلال تقديم تدريب متخصص في إدارة الأعمال والإدارة المالية للشركات الصغيرة. لذلك، تبحث المؤسسة عن مدربين/مدربات ذوي خبرة للمساهمة في تحقيق هذا الهدف.
الهدف من التدريب:
تمكين السيدات المستهدفات من المهارات والمعارف الأساسية اللازمة لإدارة وتأسيس شركات صغيرة. يمتد التدريب على مدار 3 أيام، ويستهدف 24 سيدة. تشمل مواضيع التدريب:
• الإدارة المالية والتخطيط.
• المحاسبة الأساسية (الربح والخسارة).
• إدارة الموارد البشرية.
• تحليل السوق.
• إعداد التقارير المالية الشهرية.
تفاصيل التعاقد:
• طبيعة التعاقد: عقد خدمي يحدد بناءً على عدد الساعات التدريبية.
• مدة التدريب: ثلاثة أيام تدريبية.
• عدد المستفيدات المستهدفات: 24 مشاركة في كل دورة تدريبية.
• موقع التدريب: قاعة تدريب في مدينة الدانا.

Job Summary:
Salam Humanitarian Foundation (SHF) seeks to empower women in Dana camps by providing specialized training in business management and financial management for small enterprises. The foundation is looking for experienced trainers to contribute to achieving this goal.
Training Objective:
To equip targeted women with essential skills and knowledge for managing and establishing small enterprises. The training will last 3 days and target 24 women. Topics covered include:
• Financial management and planning.
• Basic accounting (profit and loss).
• Human resource management.
• Market analysis.
• Preparing monthly financial reports.
Contract Details:
• Type of contract: Service-based, determined by training hours.
• Training duration: Three days.
• Number of targeted participants: 24 women per training session.

As part of its project "Enhancing Economic Activity and Strengthening the Resilience of Widows in Northwest Syria" and in partnership with the Canada Fund for Local Initiatives (CFLI), the foundation empowers widowed women by supporting the establishment of sustainable small businesses.
The project includes specialized training in bread and pastry production, enabling beneficiaries to produce daily consumer goods. This contributes to enhancing their economic independence and transforming these skills into successful and sustainable investment opportunities.
