منظمة مسار للاعمال الانسانية والتنمية هي منظمة مستقلة، إنسانية وتنموية، غير ربحية تهدف إلى التخفيف من معاناة السكان في مناطق الأزمات والكوارث. تأسست منظمة مسار في عام 2014، في مدينة سراقب بمحافظة إدلب من قبل مجموعة من المتخصصين السوريين الذين لديهم خبرة طويلة في السياق السوري والعمل الإنساني. بدأت منظمة مسار عملياتها كمنظمة محايده وغير ربحية رسمياً في مدينة غازي عنتاب، تركيا، في شهر أكتوبر 2015، و
هي تعمل بموجب قانون العمل التركي رقم (5253)، تركز منظمة مسار على رفاهية المجتمعات السورية وتلبية احتياجاتهم في الأوقات الصعبة. والهدف من ذلك هو تجديد النشاط الاجتماعي العام في مجموعة متنوعة من القطاعات. تركز منظمة مسار جهودها على تعزيز هياكل المؤسسات السورية والأنشطة الإنسانية، تعزيز صحة المجتمع والوعي الثقافي، الرفاه العام بالإضافة إلى الاستجابة للطوارئ. MASAR HD is an independent, non-political, humanitarian, development, and non-profit organization that aims to alleviate the population suffering in the crisis and disaster zones. MASAR HD was established in 2014, Saraqeb city, in Idleb Governorate by a group of Syrian specialists who have long experience in the Syrian context and humanitarian work. MASAR HD began operations as a non-discriminatory, non-profit Organization (NPO) officially in Gaziantep, Turkey, in October 2015, MASAR HD has been operating within Turkish Labor Law No. 5253 as "YOL REHBERI INSAN HAKLARI DERNEGI", MASAR HD is focused on the well-being of Syrian communities and meet their needs. MASAR HD efforts covering the Syrian civil entities, humanitarian activities, strengthening community health and awareness, and general welfare as well as emergency response.
