بيان منظمة إيبيسا حول مخاطر المعلومات المضللة في سوريا
في هذه اللحظة الحرجة التي تمر بها سوريا، سواء في الشمال أو الجنوب أو الغرب، تؤدي المعلومات المضللة والأخبار غير الصحيحة إلى عواقب كارثية. نشر الأخبار غير الموثوقة أو السرديات التي تثير الانقسام يغذي خطاب الكراهية، ويعمّق انعدام الثقة، ويضعف قدرتنا كسوريين على مواجهة التحديات معًا.
علينا كسوريين أن ندرك خطورة هذا الخطاب، خاصة عندما يستهدف مكونات أو جماعات أو أفرادًا بوصفهم "خونة"، فهذا لا يؤدي إلا إلى زيادة الشرخ بيننا وإلى إطالة أمد معاناتنا.
في إيبيسا، ندعو جميع السوريين إلى التكاتف والتمسك بما يوحّدنا بدلًا من التركيز على ما يفرّقنا. مستقبلنا المشترك يعتمد على رفض الكراهية والمعلومات المضللة، والعمل معًا من أجل سوريا آمنة وسلام مستدام.
EPISA Statement on the Dangers of Misinformation in Syria
At this critical moment for Syria—whether in the north, south, or west—misinformation and false news have catastrophic consequences. The spread of unverified information or divisive narratives fuels hatred, deepens mistrust, and weakens our collective ability as Syrians to face challenges together.
We, as Syrians, must recognize the dangers of such rhetoric, especially when it labels communities, groups, or individuals as “traitors.” This only widens the rift between us and prolongs our suffering.
At EPISA, we call on all Syrians to unite and hold on to what brings us together rather than what divides us. Our shared future depends on rejecting hatred and misinformation and working hand in hand for a safe and lasting peace in Syria.
