تدعوكم وحدة تمكين المجتمع المدني لحضور جلسة نقاشية بعنوان: كيف يرسم اللاجئون السوريين/ات خياراتهم اليوم في تركيا ؟

تأتي هذه الجلسة كجزء من سلسلة جلسات حوارية تطلقها وحدة تمكين المجتمع المدني باسم ( نحكي مدني ) من أجل تعزيز الحوار والمشاركة المدنية والسياسية .
تهدف هذه الجلسة لفتح باب الحوار و النقاش السوري لأهم القضايا الراهنة التي تخص اللاجئين لتتمكن وحدة تمكين المجتمع المدني في تركيا بالحفاظ على الفضاء المدني و العام أمام جميع السوريين ليناقشوا و يتبادلوا أفكارهم و يعلو صوتهم بمشاكلهم و حقوقهم و حرياتهم

محمد اكتع خريج هندسة مناظر طبيعة من جامعة إسطنبول، وأنهى الماجستير من جامعة إسطنبول مدنيات اختصاص إدارة منظمات المجتمع المدني. نشط في المجتمع المدني التركي منذ نشأته، ومع دخول أولى موجات اللاجئين السوريين إلى تركيا عمل في مجالات الإعلام والدعم الإنساني
خلود الحسين مسؤولة البرامج في منظمة إكليل الجبل هي منظمة مجتمع مدني غير ربحية، تنشط غالباً في المناطق الحدودية وفي تركيا (مثل غازي عنتاب) لدعم وتمكين النساء والشباب في المجتمع

From Dialogue to Policy… How Do We Turn Community Voices into Meaningful Decisions?

Within the MinRef LEAD project, co-funded by the European Union, the Civil Society Enablement Unit concluded a specialized training on Community Dialogue and Policy Paper Writing, aimed at empowering civil society actors to transform community issues into actionable policy alternatives.

Our goal goes beyond facilitating dialogue. We seek to build an analytical approach that enables civil society to produce knowledge and policies that truly reflect community needs.

Key skills participants gained during the training:

💬 Dialogue in the public sphere: Understanding why dialogue is essential for strengthening participation and building community consensus.

🔎 Issue analysis: Using the five dimensions of dialogue to identify and analytically frame key issues while developing a clear action map.

كيف نجعل من "حقوق الإنسان" بوصلة عملية توجه عملنا المؤسسي؟

هذا ما أجبنا عليه في تدريب "حقوق الإنسان والمقاربة المبنية على الحقوق (HRBA)"، والذي نفذته وحدة تمكين المجتمع المدني ضمن مشروع MinRef LEAD، المموّل جزئياً من الاتحاد الأوروبي.
الهدف لم يكن سرد القوانين فحسب، بل تمكين شركائنا المحليين من أدوات مأسسة هذه الحقوق. وقد انعكس ذلك من خلال تعزيز قدرات المشاركين في تأصيل المعرفة الحقوقية: استيعاب الجذور التاريخية، ومكونات الشرعة الدولية، والاتفاقيات الأساسية لتكون مرجعية صلبة لأي تدخل. ، مأسسة حقوق الإنسان: تحويل المبادئ الحقوقية إلى إطار ناظم يحكم آليات العمل الداخلي لمؤسسات المجتمع المدني.، تطبيق المقاربة الحقوقية (HRBA): دمج حقوق الإنسان بشكل عملي في تصميم البرامج والمشاريع لضمان تلبية الحقوق وليس فقط الاحتياجات.، التقييم والتعلم الحقوقي: بناء آليات متابعة وتقييم تقيس الأثر الحقيقي للمشاريع من منظور حقوقي.

How do we turn "Human Rights" into a practical compass for our institutional work?
That was the focus of our training on "Human Rights and the Human Rights-Based Approach (HRBA)," implemented by the Civil Society Enablement Unit under the MinRef LEAD project, co-funded by the European Union.
Beyond exploring legal frameworks, this training was designed to empower our local partners with the tools to institutionalize human rights. Participants enhanced their practical capacities by mastering: Legal & Historical Foundations: Utilizing the International Bill of Rights and core conventions as a solid reference for interventions. Institutionalizing Human Rights: Adopting human rights principles as a guiding operational framework within their own civil society organizations. Applying HRBA: Integrating the Human Rights-Based Approach directly into the design and implementation of programs and projects. Rights-Based MEL: Developing monitoring, evaluation, and learning mechanisms that measure true impact through a human rights lens.

We are committed to strengthening the capacities of local partners to drive sustainable and rights-driven change. ✌️

عبر جلسات تفاعلية، انتقل المشاركون من فهم المنهجيات الحقوقية إلى التطبيق العملي باستخدام أداة الخريطة التكتيكية
التدريب زوّد المتدربين بمهارات تحليل الحلفاء، ورسم خرائط التأثير، وابتكار تكتيكات ذكية تضمن وصول أصواتهم إلى صناع القرار.

خطوة جديدة نحو منظمات مجتمع مدني أكثر قوة وتأثيراً! ✌️

How do we turn community issues into tangible results? 🤔

That was the core of our "Advocacy and Community Mobilization" training under the MinRef LEAD project co founded by the European Union.

Through interactive sessions, participants moved from theoretical rights-based frameworks to practical application using the Tactical Mapping Tool. They gained vital skills in ally mapping, influence strategies, and innovating tactics to ensure their voices reach decision-makers effectively.

Another step toward a more enabled and influential civil society! ✌️

ضمن مشروع MinRef LEAD المموّل جزئياً من الاتحاد الأوروبي، وفي اطار بناء قدرات الجمعيات الشريكة. نفذت وحدة تمكين المجتمع المدني تدريباً بعنوان النهج التشاركي والمشاركة السياسية. شارك فيه ممثلين عن الجمعيات الشريكة.
التدريب كان عبارة عن تجربة تفاعلية عميقة أعادت التفكير في معنى المشاركة السياسية كمسار مجتمعي مستمر، لا كفعل موسمي.
انطلقت الورشة من التجارب اليومية للمشاركين، حيث عملوا على تحويل القضايا الحياتية إلى قضايا عامة قابلة للنقاش والتأثير، باستخدام مناهج تشاركية لبناء فهم جماعي للسياق ومسارات اتخاذ القرار وتوازنات القوة
ركزت الورشة على:
- المشاركة السياسية كممارسة مجتمعية مستدامة
- تحويل المشكلات اليومية إلى قضايا عامة
- التحليل التشاركي وبناء الفهم الجماعي
- اختيار الفعل السياسي وفق السياق والهدف
- فهم مسارات القرار والفاعلين المؤثرين
- العمل الواعي داخل توازنات القوة

As part of the MinRef LEAD project, partially funded by the European Union, and within the framework of building the capacities of partner associations, the Civil Society Enablement Unit implemented a training titled “Participatory Approach and Political Participation.” Representatives of the partner associations took part in it.

The training was a deep interactive experience that rethought the meaning of political participation as a continuous societal process, not a seasonal act.

The workshop started from the participants’ daily experiences, where they worked on transforming everyday issues into public issues open to discussion and influence, using participatory methodologies to build a collective understanding of the context, decision-making pathways, and power dynamics.

The workshop focused on:

Political participation as a sustainable societal practice -
Transforming everyday problems into public issues -
Participatory analysis and building collective understanding -
Choosing political action according to context and objective -
Understanding decision-making pathways and key actors -
Conscious engagement within power balances -
