🚀 Yapay Zekâ Destekli Proje Yazma Eğitimine Başvurular Başladı!

Küresel Girişimci Engelliler Derneği ve Proaktif Gençlik Derneği iş birliğiyle, 28–31 Ağustos 2026 tarihleri arasında Bursa’da ileri seviye ve uygulamalı bir proje yazma eğitimi gerçekleştiriyoruz.

Toplam 26 saatlik programda; Küresel Girişimci Engelliler Derneğinin 2026 yılında gençlik akreditasyonundan gerçekleştirdiği projelerin tanıtımı ve sonuçlarının sunulması, ulusal ve uluslararası fon mekanizmaları, Erasmus+ çağrıları ve diğer fon kaynakları, problem ve hedef analizi, mantıksal çerçeve, faaliyet planı, bütçe hazırlama, uluslararası ortak bulma ve başvuru formu geliştirme süreçlerini ele alacağız.

Programın en önemli odağı ise yapay zekânın proje geliştirme süreçlerinde etkin kullanımı olacak. Katılımcıların yapay zekâyı yalnızca metin üretmek için değil; araştırma, analiz, proje fikri geliştirme, fon eşleştirme, bütçeleme, başvuru hazırlama ve kalite kontrol süreçlerinde de uygulamalı olarak kullanmasını öğreteceğiz.

Eğitim boyunca grup çalışmaları, proje geliştirme oturumları ve başvuru simülasyonları gerçekleştirilecek. Program sonunda ortaya çıkan uygun proje fikirlerinin, KGED ve Proaktif Gençlik Derneği bünyesinde geliştirilerek ilgili fon programlarına başvuruya dönüştürülmesi hedefleniyor.

Yunanistan'ın Selanik (Epanomi) kentinde faaliyet gösteren, sanat ve sürdürülebilirliği bir araya getiren Fix in Art topluluğu ile unutulmaz bir kısa dönem gönüllülük deneyimine hazır mısın? Kapsayıcı bir yaşam alanında, sanatı sosyal değişim için bir araç olarak kullanan bu harika topluluğun bir parçası olacak gönüllüler arıyoruz!

🎯 Kimler Başvurabilir? (Katılımcı Profili)
Projenin çok yakın zamanda başlayacak olması nedeniyle başvuru şartlarımız ve önceliklerimiz şu şekildedir:
•⁠ Birinci Önceliğimiz: Hafif düzeyde engeli olan (belge ile kanıtlanabilir) ve geçerli bir Schengen vizesi / Yeşil pasaportu bulunan katılımcılar.
•⁠ İkinci Önceliğimiz: İlk şartı sağlayan bir başvuru olmaması durumunda değerlendirilmek üzere, geçerli bir Schengen vizesine / Yeşil pasaportuna sahip genel katılımcılar.
•⁠ Temel Motivasyon: Karşı kurumun yapısı gereği kapsayıcılık (inclusion) bilincine sahip ve kapsayıcı sanat faaliyetleri yürütmeye, bu alanda atölyeler üretmeye istekli olmak
NOT: Konaklama yerinde sadece merdivenler olduğu için tekerlekli sandalye kullanan kişiler için erişilebilir değildir.

🌟 PROJE KAPSAMINDA NELER YAPACAKSINIZ? (FAALİYETLER)
Fix in Art bünyesinde günlük yaşam; yaratıcılık, ekoloji ve topluluk kültürü etrafında şekillenir. Katılacağınız başlıca faaliyetler:
•⁠ ⁠⁠Kapsayıcı Sanat ve Atölyeler: Sanatın sosyal rolünü keşfeden çalışmalar, beceri paylaşım (Skill-share) seansları ve sanatsal atölyeler düzenlemek.
•⁠ ⁠⁠İleri Dönüşüm (Upcycling): Paylaşımlı alanların geri dönüştürülmüş malzemelerle yeniden tasarlanması.
•⁠ Gıda Kurtarma (Food Rescue): Haftalık olarak pazardan toplanan gıdaların ihtiyaç sahiplerine ulaştırılması ve sıfır atık felsefesiyle korunması süreçlerine destek olmak.

✨ We have completed the final day of our “Access-Action: Empowering Inclusive Youth Work” project! ✨

Today, we concluded the final learning day of our project with workshops focused on independent living, inclusive employment, and teamwork. Through a rights-based approach, participants gained valuable knowledge, skills, and experiences that will help strengthen inclusive youth work in their communities.

At the end of the day, we reflected on the achievements and learning outcomes of the entire project, completed our Youthpass process, and received our certificates. This journey of learning, sharing, and creating together brought youth workers from different countries around a common purpose and laid the foundation for future cooperation and partnerships.

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all the trainers who shared their knowledge and experience, our partner organizations for their continuous support, the stakeholders who closely followed the project, and all participants who made this experience meaningful. 💙

We are leaving behind not only a project, but also new friendships, strong partnerships, unforgettable experiences, and a shared motivation to build a more inclusive future. 🌍✨

✨ We have completed Day 8 of our “Access-Action: Empowering Inclusive Youth Work” project! ✨

Today, we had an inspiring day focused on exploring inclusive service models in practice, discovering the transformative power of art, and strengthening the resilience of youth workers.

During the first session, we visited Bizim Ev Disability Social Life Support Center and learned about its working model, services, and inclusive approach. Participants had the opportunity to closely observe practices that support the active participation of persons with disabilities in social life. We would like to thank Nilüfer Dayanışma for their warm hospitality and for sharing their valuable experiences with us. 💙

As part of the second session, we visited the Celal Sönmez Day Care, Rehabilitation and Family Counseling Center. We learned about the services provided by the center, explored examples of good practice, and gained insight into its inclusive support mechanisms. We would like to thank Bursa ASH İl Müdürlüğü for hosting us and for their hospitality. 💙

In the afternoon session, we explored the role of art in inclusion and social participation. We discussed how art can create opportunities for expression, well-being, and social interaction, while reflecting on the importance of inclusive artistic practices in youth work.

During the final training session of the day, we addressed the challenges youth workers may face in inclusion processes and discussed ways to prevent burnout. Through activities focused on psychological resilience, self-care, and support mechanisms, we highlighted the importance of sustainable youth work.

We concluded the day with a reflection session, evaluating what we had learned and sharing how we can transfer these experiences into our own youth work practices. 🌍💙

✨ We have completed Day 7 of our “Access-Action: Empowering Inclusive Youth Work” project! ✨

Today, we focused on Erasmus+ youth project design and development. Through an inclusive idea marathon, participants created innovative project ideas in the fields of culture, arts, sports, and advocacy, with accessibility and inclusion at their core.

During the sessions, we explored the structure of Erasmus+ KA1 projects and discussed the differences between KA152 Youth Exchanges and KA153 Mobility of Youth Workers. We also worked on needs analysis, goal setting, team building, project planning, and the logic behind application forms.

In the afternoon, participants developed their own project concepts, prepared activity and impact plans, and presented their ideas to receive feedback. This provided valuable hands-on experience in Erasmus+ project development.

We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Recep Aydın for welcoming us to his workshop and for his valuable support, contributions, and hospitality throughout the day.

We concluded the day with a reflection session, sharing our learning outcomes and discussing how to apply them in our own youth work practices. 🌍✨

✨ We have completed Day 6 of our “Access-Action: Empowering Inclusive Youth Work” project! ✨

Today, we had an inspiring and intensive day focused on different models of disability inclusion, human rights perspectives, and advocacy practices.

In our first session, we explored various models of disability inclusion, discussing the differences between charity-based, medical, social, and human rights-based approaches. Participants reflected on different perspectives towards disability and discovered the importance of the human rights approach in building inclusive societies.

During the second session, we examined different types of advocacy and how they can be applied in various contexts. From community engagement and legal advocacy to research activities and social media campaigns, we explored a range of advocacy methods and discussed the key elements of effective advocacy work.

In the afternoon, participants took part in the Disability Rights Advocacy Workshop, where they worked in groups to develop creative initiatives focusing on access to sports, accessibility barriers, and raising awareness at the policy level. Through these activities, they experienced that advocacy is not only about raising awareness but also about taking action to create meaningful change.

In the final session of the day, we discussed the importance of supporting persons with disabilities in having their voices heard rather than speaking on their behalf. We reflected on self-advocacy, representation, and participation, while exploring the role of inclusive and rights-based approaches in youth work.

We concluded the day with a reflection session, evaluating our learning outcomes and sharing how we can apply these experiences in our own youth work practices. 🌍
