Bursa’da harika bir buluşmayı geride bıraktık!✨

Küresel Girişimci Engelliler Derneği olarak, “Bursa İnsan Kaynakları ve İstihdam Buluşması 2026 & İnsan Yönetimi Zirvesi” kapsamında gerçekleştirdiğimiz bilgilendirme standımızda gençlerle bir araya geldik.

Standımızda;
• Erasmus+ ve ESC fırsatlarını anlattık,
• Yurt dışı hareketlilikleri ve gençlik projeleri hakkında sorularınızı yanıtladık,
• Gönüllülük ve proje geliştirme süreçlerimizi paylaştık.

Bizimle tanışan, sohbet eden, ilgi gösteren herkese çok teşekkür ederiz!

Kapsayıcı Öğrenme ve Katılım Yoluyla Sosyal Hareketlilik Projemizi konuşuyoruz.

Küresel Girişimci Engelliler Derneği olarak Türkiye Ulusal Ajansı destekleriyle gerçekleştirdiğimiz proje kapsamında edindiğimiz deneyimleri Bursa İnsan Kaynakları ve İstihdam Buluşması 2026 & İnsan Yönetimi Zirvesi’nde paylaşıyoruz.

Erişilebilirlik, kapsayıcılık, katılım ve fırsat eşitliği odağında geliştirdiğimiz çalışmalarla; sosyal hayata, eğitime ve istihdama daha güçlü katılımın mümkün olduğunu birlikte anlatıyoruz.

🚀 Bilgilendirme Standımızda buluşuyoruz

Küresel Girişimci Engelliler Derneği olarak, Bursa’da düzenlenen “Bursa İnsan Kaynakları ve İstihdam Buluşması 2026 & İnsan Yönetimi Zirvesi” kapsamında “Gençler İçin Avrupa Fırsatları ve Eurodesk Bilgilendirme Standımızla” yerimizi alıyoruz.

✨ Social Mobility Through Inclusive Learning and Engagement – Last Day

We began our last day with mixed emotions — the bittersweet feeling of saying goodbye on one side, and the strong motivation of our final workshops on the other. We started the day by dividing into groups for our bridge-building workshop. As we laid the foundation of our designs, we quickly realized that this task required much more collaboration, communication, and trust than we initially thought.

To make the activity more meaningful, we introduced small challenges within our teams: some of us worked with our eyes closed, some with our hands tied, and others could only communicate through gestures and facial expressions. These challenges reminded us once again how important it is to truly listen to one another, understand each other, and work together as a team. In the end, we evaluated all the bridges and celebrated the group that built the strongest and longest one. 🌉🤝

In our final workshop, we watched the film “Rising Phoenix: The Story of the Paralympic Games” together. The film powerfully highlighted resilience, equality, and how inclusive sports can transform lives — messages that strongly resonated with the spirit of our project. It inspired us and reminded us why the work we are doing truly matters. 🎬✨

As the day came to an end, we moved into our certificate ceremony with both pride and the sadness of parting ways. We first held an open sharing session where everyone expressed their thoughts, feelings, and feedback about the project. Then, we presented our certificates and thanked each participant for being part of this meaningful journey.

This project was not just a learning experience, but a space where we built connections, supported one another, and grew together. Though we may now go our separate ways, the bridges we built — both literally and figuratively — will remain with us. 💫

✨ Social Mobility Through Inclusive Learning and Engagement – Day 3

We started our third day with high energy and motivation! Our first stop was a visit to the Wheelchair Basketball Team of Bursa Physically Disabled Sports Club , where we learned about their work and had the chance to try the sport ourselves. Afterwards, we visited the Nilüfer Visually Impaired Sports Club to learn about Goalball, watch their training and demonstration match, and experience the game firsthand. We thank both clubs for their warm welcome and valuable sharing.

In the afternoon, we visited the Celal Sönmez Day Care, Rehabilitation, and Family Counseling Center. We observed their activities and joined a creative bag-painting workshop. We thank and .c.bursavalilik for their hospitality.

In the evening, we celebrated our Cultural Night, where each country shared its traditions, flavors, and stories. We represented Turkish culture with a traditional henna night.

Another meaningful day filled with sport, art, and culture!

✨ Social Mobility Through Inclusive Learning and Engagement – Day 2

We spent our second day filled with sports, art, movement, and creativity! We kicked off the day with an energetic and inclusive archery workshop, where we focused on our targets, supported each other, and celebrated our achievements with medals. It was a motivating experience that strengthened both our concentration and our team spirit. 🏹🥇

With the same enthusiasm, we continued with our dance workshop. In this inspiring session, we were joined by the amazing team, whose stories deeply motivated us, and , who taught us dance in the most fun and engaging way. Moving together, sharing the rhythm, and supporting one another, we truly felt the unifying power of dance. It was a joyful, dynamic, and empowering experience that reminded us how powerful collaboration and expression can be. 💃🕺

Later, we explored our creativity through wood burning art. Each of us poured our imagination and skills into our work, creating unique pieces that reflected our personalities and artistic vision. It was a beautiful moment of patience, focus, and collective creativity. 🎨🔥

For a peaceful and inspiring ending to our day, we joined a rehearsal of the Bursa City Council Disability Assembly Choir. Experiencing the calming and uplifting power of music together reminded us once again how art brings people closer and nourishes the soul. 🎶

We wrapped up the day with movement, creativity, and togetherness. We continue to learn, create, and inspire each other throughout this journey! 🌍✨

✨ “Social Mobility Through Inclusive Learning and Engagement” has begun with its first day!

We started our day with ice-breaking and team-building activities; we broke the ice, connected with one another, and had the chance to get to know each other better as participants coming from different countries. Afterwards, we introduced our association and shared the projects we carry out in order to present the organizations involved in the project and their work.

In our next session, we focused on one of the most important pillars of the project: our common ground rules. In this open and participatory session, where everyone had the opportunity to speak freely, we collectively agreed on rules based on mutual respect, inclusivity, and active participation.

During the afternoon sessions, we turned to the main themes of the project through interactive methods. Using Menti and Kahoot, we held dynamic workshops where we discussed what inclusive sports, arts, climate justice, disasters and emergencies, and advocacy mean to us. Thanks to the active engagement of all participants, diverse perspectives and experiences emerged.

In our final workshop of the day, called “Inclusivity Hunters,” we split into country-based groups. We identified accessible and inaccessible spaces in our local contexts and discussed their adequacy and level of inclusivity. Sharing examples from different countries helped raise important awareness about how inclusivity can be addressed in practice.

We wrapped up our first day full of interaction, learning, and sharing with great motivation and excitement. We continue to learn and create together throughout the project. 🌍✨

Küresel Girişimci Engelliler Derneği olarak 7. Olağan Genel Kurulumuzu tamamladık.
Genel kurul kapsamında, geçmiş dönemde hayata geçirilen ulusal ve uluslararası projelerimiz, yürütülen eğitim, kapasite geliştirme ve savunuculuk faaliyetlerimiz ile elde edilen çıktılar üyelerimizle paylaşıldı.

Genel kurulumuzun ardından derneğimizin ofis açılışını yaparak bu birikimi daha da güçlendirecek yeni bir sürecin kapılarını araladık.
