Back to Home programı kapsamında çocuklar, İmece Köy’de düzenlenen ahşap atölyesine katılarak yaratıcı düşünme becerilerini geliştirme fırsatı buluyorlar. 🪵🎨

Kendi elleriyle üretmenin heyecanını yaşayan çocuklar, hayal güçlerini tasarıma dönüştürürken aynı zamanda problem çözme, odaklanma ve iş birliği gibi önemli beceriler kazanıyorlar. ✨

Bu atölye çalışmaları, çocukların yalnızca teknik becerilerini değil; kendilerini ifade etme kapasitelerini, sosyal bağlarını ve iyi oluş hallerini de destekliyor.

This week in the Back to School Program, children continued their Turkish reading and writing activities. As the number of children joining the program increases each week, we continue supporting those who do not have access to school with the language assistance they need. 🚌

At the same time, we aim to provide a safe and supportive environment where children can learn, socialize, express themselves, and feel a sense of belonging. Creating spaces where children can learn together, play, and feel safe remains at the heart of our work. 📚✨

Bu hafta Back to School Programı’nda çocuklar Türkçe okuma ve yazma aktivitelerine devam ettiler. Her geçen gün artan çocuk sayımızla birlikte öğrenme dolu anlarımız da artmaya devam ediyor. 🚌

Okula erişimi olmayan çocukların ihtiyaç duydukları dil desteğini sağlarken, aynı zamanda kendilerini ifade edebilecekleri sosyal ve güvenli bir ortam yaratmaya devam ediyoruz. While children improve their language skills through interactive activities, they also receive psychosocial support in a safe and supportive environment. 🫂

Through games, group activities, and creative exercises, we aim to strengthen their confidence, social skills, and sense of belonging, while giving them space to feel safe, express themselves, and simply be children. 🔆❤️🌿

Çocuklar etkileşimli dil aktiviteleriyle dil becerilerini geliştirirken aynı zamanda güvenli ve destekleyici bir ortamda psikososyal destek alıyorlar. 🫂

Oyunlar, grup çalışmaları ve yaratıcı aktiviteler aracılığıyla çocukların özgüvenlerini, sosyal becerilerini ve aidiyet duygularını güçlendirmeyi; aynı zamanda kendilerini güvende hissedebilecekleri ve kendilerini ifade edebilecekleri bir alan bulmalarını amaçlıyoruz. 🔆❤️🌿

This weekend at İmece Village, as part of the Back to Home Program, children brought their creativity to life in the woodworking workshop. 🪵

The young participants shaped the first letters of their names and decorated them with colors and patterns of their imagination. Through this workshop, they not only developed their hands-on skills but also enjoyed creating small yet very special pieces of art. 🎨🫟

Bu hafta sonu İmece Köy’de, Back to Home Programı kapsamında çocuklar ahşap atölyesinde yaratıcılıklarını ortaya koydu. 🪵

Minik katılımcılar, isimlerinin baş harflerini hayal güçlerine göre şekillendirip renkler ve desenlerle kişiselleştirdiler. Bu atölye sayesinde hem el becerilerini geliştirdiler hem de kendi tasarımlarıyla küçük ama çok özel eserler ortaya çıkarmanın keyfini yaşadılar. 🎨🫟

Today at Basmane Hub, the children designed the countries they imagined. 🗺️

They drew their flags and explained the meanings of the colors and symbols they chose.
They shared the rules they created and introduced their countries to their friends. 🗣️

Activities like this create space for children to imagine.
They support children in expressing themselves, feeling that their ideas are heard, and realizing that they can design a safe place together. 🌿

Bayraklarını çizdiler, seçtikleri renklerin ve sembollerin anlamlarını anlattılar.
Koydukları kuralları paylaştılar ve ülkelerini arkadaşlarına tanıttılar. 🗣️

In our Back to School Program, children explored the world through interactive map activities that encouraged curiosity and active participation. 🗺️

Alongside these activities, they continued their literacy and reading–writing practices, strengthening their foundational learning skills. ✍🏼

Throughout the program, children showed great motivation and progress, and those who demonstrated commitment and success were recognized with symbolic rewards to celebrate their efforts and achievements. 🎁

Bu çalışmaların yanı sıra okuma-yazma ve temel akademik becerilerini güçlendirmeye yönelik etkinliklere devam edildi. ✍🏼

This week at BTH, a series of activities were carried out to support children’s development through learning, creativity, and hands-on experiences. Language development activities focused on strengthening children’s vocabulary, self-expression, and communication within group settings, contributing to early learning through play-based and interactive approaches. 🗣️📚

Hands-on woodworking sessions and a wooden mask-making activity allowed children to explore their creativity while developing fine motor skills and experiencing the joy of producing something with their own hands. 🎨🪵

For the younger age group, developmentally appropriate learning activities such as coloring, letter-based exercises, color recognition, and paper-based crafts were implemented to support cognitive, social, and motor development. ✏️🧠

In addition, the monthly distribution of essential needs was carried out to support families’ basic needs, reflecting our continued commitment to holistic support for children and their families. 💛

Bu hafta BTH’de çocukların gelişimini çok yönlü olarak destekleyen, öğrenme ve üretimi bir araya getiren çalışmalar gerçekleştirildi. Dil gelişimini destekleyen aktivitelerle çocukların kelime dağarcıkları, kendilerini ifade etme becerileri ve grup içi iletişimleri güçlendirildi. Oyun temelli ve etkileşimli çalışmalar, erken öğrenme süreçlerine katkı sağladı. 🗣️📚

Uygulamalı ahşap atölyesi ve ahşap maske yapım etkinliğiyle çocukların yaratıcılıklarını ortaya koyabilecekleri alanlar açılırken, bu süreçte ince motor becerilerinin gelişimi de desteklendi. Çocuklar, üretmenin ve birlikte çalışmanın keyfini deneyimledi. 🎨🪵

Yaşı daha küçük olan grup için planlanan yaşa uygun gelişimsel aktiviteler kapsamında boyama, harf çalışmaları, renk tanıma ve kâğıt temelli el işi etkinlikleri uygulandı. Bu aktiviteler, çocukların bilişsel, sosyal ve motor gelişim alanlarını desteklemeyi amaçladı. ✏️🧠

Aynı zamanda, ailelerin temel ihtiyaçlarını desteklemek amacıyla aylık ihtiyaç dağıtımı gerçekleştirildi. Bu çalışma, çocuklar ve aileler için bütüncül destek yaklaşımımızın bir parçası oldu. 🤝💛

By creating small but meaningful learning moments, we support children’s curiosity, focus, and confidence. Through shared time, simple learning materials, and collective attention, these moments become part of a supportive learning process. 📚

Even in shared and moving spaces, learning can become a natural part of everyday life when we are together. 🔆❤️🌿

At the BTH Program, we place as much importance on developing children’s language skills and social abilities as we do on nurturing their creativity. In our wooden workshop at İmece Village, our weekly activities with the children give them the chance to design their own creations and acquire a woodworking hobby that can become a skill they continue to develop in the future. 🪵✨

This week, the children first assembled the parts of their robots; then they painted them in their favorite colors and put them together. The resulting robots were not only a fun activity but also little success stories combining imagination, manual skills, and teamwork. Each robot strengthened the children’s creativity and confidence while also giving them the experience of expressing their ideas in a tangible way. 🎨

BTH Programı'nda çocukların dil gelişimi ve sosyal becerilerine gösterdiğimiz özenin yanı sıra yaratıcılıklarını geliştirmelerine de büyük önem veriyoruz. İmece Köy’deki ahşap atölyemizde çocuklarla gerçekleştirdiğimiz haftalık aktiviteler, onların hem kendi ürünlerini tasarlama fırsatı bulmalarını hem de ahşap hobisini kazanarak gelecekte geliştirebilecekleri bir beceri edinmelerini sağlıyor. 🪵✨

Bu hafta çocuklar, robotlarının parçalarını önce kendileri oluşturdular; ardından istedikleri renklerle boyayarak parçaları bir araya getirdiler. Ortaya çıkan robotlar, sadece eğlenceli bir etkinlik sonucu değil, aynı zamanda hayal gücü, el becerisi ve iş birliğinin birleştiği küçük başarı hikayeleri oldu. Her bir robot, çocuklarımızın yaratıcılığını ve özgüvenini güçlendirirken, kendi fikirlerini somut bir şekilde ifade edebilme deneyimi kazanmalarına da olanak tanıdı. 🎨

We continue our activities with African children with the same spirit of volunteerism and solidarity that has guided us from the very beginning.
This shared commitment remains at the core of everything we do. 🌱💛

Our new office offers a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space where children can come together, spend time, and create collectively. With improved facilities, it supports learning through interaction, play, and structured workshops, while also providing play-based and psychosocial activities that contribute to children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development. 🎲🛠️🧠

This new office serves as a meeting point where children can freely express themselves, discover their strengths, and grow together through shared experiences. 🌈🌟
