ELAF for Relief and Development (Elaf RD) Is a non-governmental, non-profit, non-political organization that was established and registered in January 2015, in Gaziantep, Türkiye. With the fast escalation of the conflict in Syria, and due to the increasing needs of the refugees in the neighboring countries and inside Syria, Elaf RD established, Hatay offices in Türkiye, and 4 Field offices in nort

hwest Syria. ELAF RD is a diverse and inclusive group comprising primarily Syrian and Turkish women and men, as well as disabled individuals. Elaf’s main objective is to promote equality, empowerment, and support for the most vulnerable and marginalized communities. ELAF RD prides itself on the active involvement of Syrian and Turkish volunteers who contribute their time, skills, and passion to make a positive impact in the lives of those they serve. Through their dedicated efforts, ELAF RD strives to create an inclusive and supportive environment that uplifts and empowers its members, fostering a sense of community and solidarity among boys, girls, women, and disabled individuals. Elaf RD is dedicated to addressing the interconnectedness of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and double nexus in an integrated and comprehensive manner. Our approach is centered around the double nexus, linking humanitarian aid and development assistance for a more effective and sustainable response. We are committed to providing aid to the most deprived communities through substantial long-term solutions in addition to its work to improve the situation of both, the refugees and host communities by focusing on project development and improving the economic situation.

🟢 استجابةً للأضرار التي خلّفها فيضان نهر الفرات في محافظة ، قامت منظمة Elaf RD، بالتعاون مع مديرية الشؤون الإجتماعية والعمل في حماة، بتجهيز السلل الغذائية ضمن حملة “ ”، بهدف دعم الأسر المتضررة وتوفير الاحتياجات الأساسية للعائلات التي تأثرت بالفيضانات. 📦

وتأتي هذه الجهود الإنسانية للتخفيف من معاناة الأهالي، وتعزيز روح التضامن والتكاتف مع الأسر التي تواجه ظروفاً صعبة نتيجة الكارثة.

🟢 In response to the damages caused by the Euphrates River flooding in Deir ez-Zor Governorate, (Elaf RD), in cooperation with the Directorate of Social Affairs and Labor in Hama, prepared food baskets as part of the “Deir ez-Zor Ahluna” campaign, with the aim of supporting affected families and providing essential needs to households impacted by the floods. 📦

These humanitarian efforts come as part of ongoing attempts to alleviate the suffering of residents and strengthen the spirit of solidarity and support for families facing difficult conditions due to the disaster.

🟢 تعلن منظمة Elaf RD عن بدء التسجيل للاستفادة من نشاط المساعدات النقدية متعددة الأغراض (MPCA)، ضمن مشروع “تعزيز القدرة على الصمود والدعم الطارئ من خلال خدمات النقد والمياه والصرف الصحي والنظافة والحماية”، بدعم من INTERNATIONAL PARTNERSHIPS AUSTRIA وبالشراكة مع Hilfswerk International .

يستهدف النشاط 400 أسرة في مناطق:
📍 إدلب / مدايا – الهبيط – التمانعة
💵 بقيمة 100 دولار أمريكي شهرياً لمدة 6 أشهر متتالية.

ويهدف المشروع إلى دعم الأسر الأكثر تضرراً وتعزيز قدرتها على الصمود، من خلال تحسين الوصول إلى سبل العيش والخدمات الأساسية والمساعدات الإنسانية.

📌 يبدأ التسجيل من يوم الأحد 07/06/2026 وحتى الثلاثاء 09/06/2026 عبر المجالس المحلية في القرى المستهدفة.

🟢 Elaf for Relief and Development (Elaf RD) announces the launch of registration for the Multi-Purpose Cash Assistance (MPCA) activity, implemented under the project “Enhancing Resilience and Emergency Support through Cash, WASH, and Protection Services,” funded by INTERNATIONAL PARTNERSHIPS AUSTRIA and in partnership with Hilfswerk International

The activity targets 400 households in the following areas:
📍 Idleb Governorete / Madaya – Al-Habit – Al-Tamanah
💵 USD 100 per month for 6 consecutive months.

The project aims to support the most vulnerable families and strengthen their resilience by improving access to livelihoods, essential services, and humanitarian assistance.

📌 Registration will begin from Sunday, 07/06/2026 until Tuesday, 09/06/2026 through the local councils in the targeted communities.

🟢 ضمن مشروع “الحماية المتكاملة والمساعدة المنقذة للحياة للفئات السكانية الضعيفة في محافظة #الرقة”، واصلت منظمة Elaf RD جهودها في تحسين الواقع الخدمي وتعزيز النظافة العامة، من خلال توزيع 30 حاوية قمامة في حيّي #البتاني و #التصحيح بمدينة الرقة، بهدف دعم أعمال النظافة والمساهمة في الحفاظ على بيئة أكثر صحة ونظافة للسكان.

وتأتي هذه المبادرة في إطار تعزيز التعاون مع الجهات المحلية وتحسين خدمات إدارة النفايات، بما يسهم في الحد من تراكم المخلفات والارتقاء بالمظهر الحضاري للأحياء، ودعم الجهود الرامية إلى توفير بيئة أكثر استقراراً ونظافة للأهالي. 🌿💚

🟢 As part of the “Integrated Protection and Life-Saving Assistance for Vulnerable Populations in Ar-Raqqa Governorate” project, for Relief and Development (Elaf RD) continued its efforts to improve public services and enhance environmental cleanliness by distributing 30 waste containers in Al-Batani and Al-Tashih neighborhoods in city.

This initiative aims to support sanitation activities and contribute to maintaining a cleaner and healthier environment for residents. It also comes within the framework of strengthening cooperation with local authorities and improving waste management services, helping reduce waste accumulation, enhance the urban appearance of neighborhoods, and support efforts toward a cleaner and more stable environment for the community. 🌿💚

At the kind invitation of the Directorate of Social Affairs and Labor in Ar-Raqqa, Mr. Hammadi Al-Hammadi, Ar-Raqqa Office Manager of for Relief and Development (Elaf RD), participated in the coordination meeting “Towards a More Effective Response,” which brought together the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) and local civil society organizations operating in the region.

Participants discussed key humanitarian needs and challenges facing humanitarian action, emphasizing the importance of strengthening the role of local organizations and expanding their participation in coordination and response efforts.

This participation reflects Elaf RD’s commitment to enhancing cooperation and coordination with relevant stakeholders to improve the quality of humanitarian response and better serve local communities in Governorate. 💚

ضمن مشروع "تعافي وبناء – ننهض بالعمل"، الذي تنفذه منظمة Elaf RD، وبدعم من صندوق التمويل الإنساني لسوريا عبر الحدود (SCHF)، تم تقديم الدفعة السادسة والأخيرة من القسائم النقدية متعددة الأغراض (MPCA) بقيمة 100 دولار أمريكي لكل عائلة مستفيدة.

على مدار 6 أشهر، استهدف المشروع 400 عائلة في مناطق كفرنبل وجسر الشغور، مساهماً في دعم الأسر الأكثر احتياجاً وتمكينها من تلبية احتياجاتها الأساسية بكرامة ومرونة، والتخفيف من الأعباء المعيشية التي تواجهها.

🎥 Closing a Journey of Support and Recovery...

As part of the “Recovery and Building – We Rise Through Action” project, implemented by for Relief and Development (Elaf RD) and supported by the Syria Cross-Border Humanitarian Fund ( ), the sixth and final round of Multi-Purpose Cash Assistance (MPCA) was provided, with a value of USD 100 per beneficiary household.

Over the course of six months, the project supported 400 families in Kafr Nabl and Jisr Al-Shughur, helping vulnerable households meet their essential needs with dignity and flexibility, while easing the economic challenges they face.

💚 Together, we continue working towards genuine recovery and sustainable development.
