Closing the Erasmus+ Accreditation Year
A Year Full of Learning and Creativity for Young People

On Sunday, August 31st, 2025, our organization marked the end of another successful Erasmus+ accreditation year in the field of youth. During this year, we implemented two international youth exchanges: "NextGen: YouthPreneurs" and "NextGen: EmployAbility". Both activities took place in Vatra Dornei, Romania, bringing together dozens of young people from several European countries to learn, collaborate, and grow both personally and professionally.
NextGen: YouthPreneurs (November 15–23, 2024)
The first exchange gathered 53 young people and group leaders from 8 European countries, guided by a team of experienced facilitators. The aim was to inspire and develop the participants' entrepreneurial spirit, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to launch and grow their own businesses.
Over the 9-day program, non-formal activities, experiential learning, and peer-to-peer methods encouraged civic engagement, solidarity, and intercultural cooperation. Participants enhanced their communication, teamwork, and networking skills while benefiting from direct interaction with entrepreneurship experts.
This project was implemented in collaboration with the following partners:
Future Humans (Bulgaria), Mladoevropani (Czech Republic), Associazione Scambieuropei (Italy), D.G.T. Polska (Poland), Hawk Stars NGO (Portugal), Asociación Deses-3 (Spain) and European Youth Bank (Türkiye).
NextGen: EmployAbility (June 2–12, 2025)
The second mobility brought together 45 young people and 7 group leaders from 7 European countries, focusing on youth employability and the development of personal and professional skills.
Throughout the 9 days, participants took part in workshops, team games, simulations, and reflection sessions, all designed to strengthen skills such as adaptability, creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
The highlight of the exchange was the NextGen: Hackathon, where international teams co-created innovative solutions to the challenges faced by young people in the job market. The results included six original concepts, such as:
• a social media reel
• an educational board game
• an icebreaker activity
• a brochure
• a treasure hunt
• an interactive online quiz
This project was carried out in collaboration with:
New Society (Bulgaria), Mladoevropani z.s. (Czech Republic), 4C: Cooperate–Communicate–Create–Change (Greece), Associazione Scambieuropei (Italy), D.G.T. Polska (Poland) and GEGEDER (Türkiye).

Results & Impact
Both exchanges offered participants valuable non-formal learning environments that fostered creativity, initiative, and active citizenship. Each participant committed to multiplying the impact by sharing their knowledge and experiences through local or online activities within their communities.
We proudly conclude this Erasmus+ accreditation year with meaningful results:
• Over 100 participants, including 27 with fewer opportunities, took part in two international mobilities;
• Dozens of educational resources and tools were created by youth, including brochures, board games, educational videos, promotional reels, business pitches, and more.
We are proud of this journey and look forward to continuing our mission: providing meaningful learning and growth opportunities for young people across Europe.
