It's the weekend of Coworking Antalyas first anniversary.

So.... we created an amazing program for the community on Saturday April 22 🎉😎

Feel free to join, whether you're new or have attended already many times.

We'll come together at 13.00h at the Coworking. Coffee and tea is waiting for you.

We'll do some networking activities.
And the amazing Elif Yılmaz will introduce us to the topic Community and Awareness 🧿

After 14.30 we'll start 2 runs of simultaneous workshops.😯

The first round you can choose between:

1. Financial Freedom with the ETF-strategy by Stefan Willems 🤑

2. Workshop Essential oils & hand massage by Katya Andreeva 🪬

After a social break we'll have a second round with:

3. Collaboration & communication workshop by Markus van den Berg 🤝

and

4. Toxic spirituality by psychologist Nikolay Perov ☣️

It's amazing that all of them want to contribute to the success of this day. And I wanna thank them sincerely. 🙏🙏🙏

Dealing with stress and anxiety in challenging times

On Saturday afternoon we're hosting 2 events in the Coworking that can be helpful anytime. But we're offering them particularly with the disaster of the earthquakes in mind:

How to deal with stress and anxiety in challenging times

🧿 16.00h - 17:00
Workshop Qi-gong

You can choose to attend any of them or both.

🧿 For the interactive presentation we've invited Dr. Ewa Pluciennicka. Her previous presentations in the Coworking have been received as particularly valuable.

We will learn:

- Why we are getting stressed and how stress works
- How to cope with it and keep it under control
- How to use stress in our advantage to help us overcoming challenging situations

This is a science-based interactive presentation, grounded in cognitive and behavioral psychology.
It's not exclusively focused on the recent earthquakes, but will also be helpful if you or your family is affected by war or uprising in your country, or in case of any other event that might effect you now or in the future.

🧿 After a 30 minute break we'll continue with a workshop Qigong by Tania Luschuk

Qigong, pronounced “chi gong,” was developed in China thousands of years ago as part of traditional Chinese medicine. It involves using exercises to optimize energy within the body, mind, and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well-being.

We will learn how to keep our bodies and mind in balance and it will help us to come back to calmness and harmony.

There is no need for a special preparation, all movements are super gentle and slow and will be performed in standing position (no yoga mats needed). Just wear some comfortable clothes.

Guys, listen! I'm more than average excited about this weeks presentation on Saturday! 🤩

Why? Well, in October I met this Turkish girl that was a paragliding instructor in Uludeniz (yes, it's her on the pic!). She changed her career and started a successful e-commerce business. 💪
After 4 years she can say she's an accomplished Amazon reseller. She has sourced products from China, Turkiye and all around Europe to sell on Amazon US, while exploring different business models.

As you can imagine she has faced many challenges 😣 and managed to overcome them. She will share these in her presentation, as well as the opportunities out there. Her knowledge and experience can be of great benefit to anyone that wants to explore the possibilities for doing business on Amazon.

While she's living in Fethiye, she's been working from Coworking Antalya and attending our events whenever possible. 💙 She's an aspiring digital nomad and spent some time with our friends in Bansko, Bulgaria. For me, it's cool to be inspired by a Turkish woman when it comes to being successful online. Hopefully it will inspire many of you as much as it inspires me!

Since yesterday we're seeing this superyacht in front of the coworking. We've been speculating whether it is Abramovich 😅
Maybe he needs a space to work from? Or he would like to attend our Business & Marketing meeting tonight?

Anyway... this morning our local submarine seemed to go his direction 😁
It's a rare submarine for tourist purposes and it's still on the list to do a Coworking trip with it. Maybe we can combine it with a party on the yacht... 😎

I'm happy to announce a very special speaker for Thursday evening! 🤩

He's travelling the world and only for a short time with us in Antalya. Came here to check out our growing Digital Nomad Hub 😎. And he's the founder of the biggest Digital Nomad Community on Facebook (150.000 members!).

His name is Danish Soomro and he will talk about:

Shortly about the Wheel of Life workshop facilitated by .rk - it made all of us THINK and unveiled some areas of our lives we were not putting too much attention to.

One of the exercises was to evaluate each Life realm (Health, Career, Finances, Family and others) using your intuition. And intuition never lies.

Some of us had a not very pleasant moments with realizing that in some areas of life we are doing not as good as our mind tells us.

Some of us got new insights of what they really want and how their dream life looks like.

After the workshop each of us had a plan of Life realms we want to improve with baby steps of how to achieve that.

The conversation continued afterward in a beautiful company of our members.
