PURPOSE
Discuss, Learn, and Explore DevOps, DevSecOps, Security, TLS, SSL. Docker, Kubernetes, CICD, InfluxDB, ContainerNative technologies and tools like Prometheus, Grafana and observability infrastructure. On the core infrastructure side, we focus on x86_64 (AMD64), GNU/Linux, Modern C++20/23 systems programming, Perl, Lisp, Golang, testing, infrastructure automation. With rapid growth in progr
amming models we look at lambda calculus, functional programming, type theory, type safety, models of ownership, category theory and homotopy type theory. Emphasising reliability, we look at formal methods, tools and techniques. We have a dual-focus on important technologies like kernel engineering, networking, storage, cgroups, namespaces, inter process mechanism, stackless ex*****on models, concurrency, containerization and orchestration. We emphasise both ContainerNative technologies and bare metal innovations. We also discuss Software Engineering, reverse engineering, models of software development, Quality assurance, statistical algorithms and programming using R and ML-based testing, fuzzing on the development side. Database such as PostgreSQL, MariaDB, VoltDB, MongoDB along with sharding, recoverability are covered as well. As a free-software community we make extensive and exclusive use of GNU/Linux distributions, GNU software library, GCC toolchain and FOSS software. When you engage in the community meetups, you are expected to program, explore a concept and you should use a GNU/Linux system (VM, container, bare-metal it's upto you). JOIN
