As KAIZEN Association, we are pleased to share that the first Transnational Project Meeting (TPM – Kick-Off Meeting) of our Erasmus+ KA210 SCH project titled “MIDAS: Migrant Integration Through Digital Heritage and AI Support” was successfully held between January 19–21, 2026 in Valencia, Spain, hosted by the coordinator institution CEIP Sant Miguel School.
The mobility started with a warm welcome from the host organisation, followed by partner introductions. In line with the agenda, the meeting focused on key aspects of the project, including project objectives and Erasmus+ strategic goals, project overview and expected results, curriculum integration and timeline review, as well as risk management and project management tools. The overall implementation process and coordination mechanisms were discussed in detail.
This kick-off meeting marked an important step in strengthening cooperation among partners and setting a solid foundation for the effective implementation of the MIDAS project, which aims to support migrant integration through digital heritage and AI-supported educational approaches.
The project will continue in May 2026 with the second mobility, a Capacity Building Activity in Mytilene (Lesvos), Greece. During this activity, the project team’s digital and AI competences will be further developed, and training on AI applications to be used in the creation of the project results will be delivered. We look forward to continuing our collaboration and achieving meaningful and sustainable outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.
