We met our selected participants, held our first preparation meeting, and took the first step toward an unforgettable Erasmus+ adventure in Spain. 🇪🇸✨

Together, we’ll build digital empathy, stand against cyberbullying, and prove that kindness is our strongest connection.

As part of the Erasmus+ KA210SCH Eco Pathway project, KAIZEN Association organized a thematic visit to the Adana Biodiversity Promotion Center with teachers and students.

During the visit, participants had the opportunity to explore the rich biodiversity of the region and gain a deeper understanding of the importance of protecting ecosystems. Through interactive learning experiences, they enhanced their awareness of environmental sustainability, biodiversity conservation, and the challenges posed by climate change.

This activity contributed to the project’s objective of promoting environmental awareness and supporting green education through innovative learning approaches. By connecting classroom learning with real-life experiences, students were encouraged to better understand the relationship between human activities and the natural environment.

Proud to share our expertise across Europe!

As KAIZEN Intercultural Communication and Educational Research Association, we had the privilege of leading the training sessions during the MIDAS Project Capacity Building Activity in Greece.

Throughout the mobility, we shared our knowledge and experience in museum education, cultural heritage, artificial intelligence, digital tools, gamification and innovative teaching methodologies with educators from different European countries.

Seeing teachers collaborate, learn, and co-create new educational materials together was a valuable step towards building more inclusive and digitally empowered learning environments.

We are proud to contribute to the development of the “Connecting to EU Toolkit” and to support educators in creating meaningful learning experiences for migrant and local students through culture, heritage and technology.

🚀 The journey to a more empathetic digital world has officially begun! 💻❤️

We have successfully completed the first online meeting for our Erasmus+ KA152-YOU (Youth Exchange) project: “HEARTware: Install Empathy, Upgrade Humanity”. Hosted by our Spanish coordinators, BEE RURAL.HUB , we sat down with our amazing partners from KAIZEN (Türkiye) , Italy , Romania , and Slovenia.

During this session, we:
-Aligned our vision for tackling cyberbullying through digital empathy and intercultural collaboration.
-Planned the operational and organizational details for our upcoming Youth Exchange mobility in Cantabria, Spain.
-Mapped out the logistics to ensure a high-impact experience for our 20 young participants and their group leaders.

This 16-month initiative is more than just a project; it’s a movement to empower rural youth to become “Empathy Ambassadors”. From digital security workshops to AI-assisted storytelling , we are building the “HEARTware” needed for a safer, more inclusive online world.

Bu dönüştürücü eğitim, uzman KAIZEN eğitmenlerimiz Özlem Boğa ve Şerife Yüksel liderliğinde gerçekleştirildi. Eğitmenlerimizin Yapay Zeka’yı eğitim çerçevelerine entegre etme konusundaki derin uzmanlıkları, katılımcılarımızın kaydettiği inanılmaz ilerlemenin itici gücü oldu.

Yetkinlik düzeyindeki bu %27,8’lik anlamlı artış, KAIZEN’in yapay zeka araçlarını eğitimciler için hem erişilebilir hem de pratik hale getiren özel metodolojisini kanıtlamaktadır. Yapay zekayı yeşil eğitimle birleştirerek sadece teknoloji öğretmiyor; geleceğin sürdürülebilir sınıflarını şekillendiriyoruz.

Uzman ekibimizin rehberliğinde katılımcılar, Suno.ai CapCut ve Curipod gibi araçlarda uzmanlaştılar ve iklim zorluklarına karşı psikolojik dayanıklılık oluşturmak için “Eco Compass” (Eko Pusula) çerçevesini uyguladılar.

🌍 MIDAS Project: Connecting Digital Heritage & AI for Integration We recently held our Online Monitoring Meeting for our Erasmus+ KA210 SCH project: MIDAS - Migrant Integration Through Digital Heritage and AI Support.

Partners from Spain 🇪🇸, Greece 🇬🇷, Portugal 🇵🇹, and Turkey 🇹🇷 came together to:
✅ Review our Gantt Chart and project timeline.
✅ Conduct quality checks on our Mapping Activities.
✅ Finalize plans for our 2nd Capacity Building Training in Lesvos, Greece this May! 🇬🇷✈️

Step by step, we are leveraging technology and culture to build more inclusive classrooms.
