Our Story

TYEE is a registered not-for-profit youth employment and entrepreneurship support service NGO in Tonga. We work with the aim to address the growing youth unemployment challenges by helping young school leavers aged 18 to 35 in Tonga.

TYEE’s Vision is to become the leading youth employment and entrepreneurship support services organisation in Tonga.

TYEE’s Mission is to bridge the gap by building the capacity of the youth to embark on their journey, to make a life they aspire to live through appropriate and relevant connections to work-readiness and life-skills training opportunities, employment opportunities, creating employment and income opportunities through entrepreneurship, and mentorship support.
