Celebratory & Heartfelt (Best for a "Year 1" vibe) 🌟
It’s a wrap on Year 1! 🎉 Today marked a huge milestone for the ‘Amanaki Lelei (Hope) Project, as we hosted our very first Meeting right here in Tonga Family Health Association 🇹🇴.

Funded by Sexual Wellbeing Aotearoa (SWA), this gathering brought together the best minds from , , and agencies to map out the road ahead. 📝✨

A huge Mālō 'Aupito to our incredible coordinator, Temaleti Moala, for steering the ship so gracefully. ⛵️ To all our partners for showing up and making this day truly memorable. The journey is just beginning, and we can't wait to see where the next two years take us!

On May 6, 2026, the Tonga Family Health Association brought vital health services right to the heart of Houma! 🩺💚

📢 From family planning to STI/HIV awareness and on‑site clinic services – we were there to inform, support, and empower.

Young People Speak Up FOR THEM ✊

Letila Male, USP Research Student and proud Fijian National, is not waiting for change. She is calling it out. 🎙️

"HIV prevention starts with access to accurate information. Young people have multiple avenues to learn, youth networks, awareness programmes, and online resources, and should fully utilise them. When well informed, they can make safer decisions, practice protected s*x, test regularly, and access treatment without stigma."

The information is out there. The networks exist. The resources are available. The only thing missing is the choice to use them.

If not us, then who? If not now, then when? 🌏

Speak up. Step up. Do it FOR THEM. ❤️
