Are you interested in cybersecurity, technology, or digital innovation? Eligible women students and emerging professionals in Tonga are encouraged to apply for a range of exciting internship opportunities designed to provide hands-on experience, tailored training, and mentorship in cybersecurity and related fields.

🌟 What’s Included?
βœ… Real-world work experience with government, private sector, and nonprofit organizations
βœ… Professional training and mentorship
βœ… A participation stipend of USD $250 (TOP 585.00)

These internships are part of the Pacific Women in Cyber (PWiC) initiative, led by Cambridge Global Advisors (CGA) in partnership with Australia’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade through the Southeast Asia Pacific Cyber Program (SEA-PAC Cyber). The program aims to equip women with practical cybersecurity skills, foster leadership, and expand access to career opportunities, helping build a more inclusive and resilient digital future across the Pacific.

Tonga Women in ICT (TWICT), with the support of Government and our valued partners and stakeholders, is proud to announce the National Digital Summit 2027, coming in June 2027.

This exciting week-long event will showcase Digital Skills, AI, Cyber Security, Digital Services, Innovation, STEM, Business, Leadership, Career Opportunities, and much moreβ€”bringing together local, regional, and international experts to shape Tonga's digital future.

Despite everyone's busy schedules and the need to meet on a Saturday, the TWICT Board of Directors successfully came together today for an important planning and governance meeting.

The meeting was led by our Chairlady, Dr Tangikina M. Steen, alongside Deputy Chair Dr Havea, Director Ms Atiola, and Director Ms Seluvaia Kauvaka.

The Board reviewed TWICT's activities and achievements to date, discussed priorities for the next six months through to the end of 2026, and looked ahead to an exciting vision for 2027. Key strategic priorities were identified to guide Team TWICT as we continue to grow our impact across Tonga. Preaent3d by Program Manager, Finance Officer and Hub Facilitator.

Congratulations to the launch of the Tonga Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Community of Practice Action Plan 2026–2028.

TWICT is proud to see initiatives that strengthen collaboration, build local capacity, and create more opportunities for learning and professional growth across Tonga.

Strong MEL systems lead to stronger programmes, better evidence-based decisions, and greater impact for our communities. We look forward to continued collaboration across the ICT and MEL sectors to support innovation and sustainable development.
