Fikra is a mentorship program for exceptional young Tunisian leaders. Selected on the basis of a nationwide talent search and competitive application process, five future leaders from ‘the pearl of the Mediterranean’ are selected each year to work with experienced mentors. The Fikra Fellows follow a six-month online leadership development program, building the skills to seize opportunities for pro

fessional and intellectual development. Through their entrepreneurialism, service and vision, the Fikra Fellows lead the movement for a tolerant, vibrant future for Tunisia.
