Our Story

منظمة بيك إنت Bik Inti تفعيل ثقافة المواطنة في المجتمع التونسي منظمة بيك إنت Bik Inti ، منظمة تونسية مستقلة ،غير ربحية و ذو صبغة عامة .أسست من قبل مجموعة من الشباب التونسي الناشط في المجتمع المدني في جوان 2016 و تعمل على نشر ثقافة المواطنة في المجتمع التونسي من خلال توعية المواطن على مشمولية حقوقه و مسؤولياته المدنية و تعزيز قدرته بالمشاركة الفعالة في محيطه. من نحن ؟ نحن ثلة من الشباب التونسي المؤمن بقدرة الفرد على إحداث التغيير عند إيقانه بحقيقة دوره كمواطن . إن المواطنة لا تنحصر على شقها السياسي فقط فمفهومها شامل . نحن نسعى لتوعية المواطن على قيمته و قدرته على المساهمة الفعالة في تنمية محيطه و ضمان كرامة عيشه من خلال حقوقه المدنية . الرؤية تونس حيث يفهم فيها المواطن التونسي ​حقوقه ومسؤولياته الإنسانية والمدنية، ويشارك في تطوير محيطه والمجتمع. تونس حيث المواطن واعي ، متمكن و فعال . الرسالة تفعيل ثقافة المواطنة في تونس بتوعية المواطن على مشمولية حقوقه و مسؤولياته المدنية و تعزيز قدرته من خلال المشاركة الفعالة في محيطه.

إستراتيجيات عملنا

ستعمل بيك إنت على لإنجاز هذه الرسالة من خلال أربع استراتيجيات: 1. إعادة تعريف مفهوم المواطنة للمجتمع التونسي من خلال حملات توعية وبرامج تثقيفية مدنية مبتكرة 2. توفير برامج تدريبية للشباب والعامة على حقوق الإنسان و الحقوق والمسؤوليات الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية والسياسية . 3. إنشاء ودعم مشاريع المدنية التي تهدف الى التنمية المستدامة. 4. الدعوة و الحث على تطبيق مبدأ الحوكمة الرشيدة في تطبيق التشاركية الفعالة من خلال إشراك المواطن في صنع القرار وفي تصميم الخدمات العامة. أهداف المنظمة • ترسيخ قيم المواطنة لدى الشباب التونسي و أهمية المشاركة المدنية الفعالة في المسار الديمقراطي • تعزيز الوعي بالقضايا المدنية و الإجتماعية و الثقافية في المجتمع التونسي و تشجيع المبادرات الشبابية التي تخصها •نشر عقلية العمل التطوعي و الخدمة المدنية لتكريس روح التعاون الإجتماعي • التعريف بقيمة المجتمع المدني كسلطة خامسة في النظام الديمقراطي الوسائل المتبعة لتحقيق هذه الأهداف •تنظيم حملات توعوية و ندوات عامة •صياغة برامج تحسيسة •القيام بأنشطة مختلفة كالورشات و البرامج التدريبية و حلقات النقاش • تأطير المبادرات الشبابية من خلال برامج تكوينية من قبل مدربين معتمدين و مختصين Bik Inti Civil Organization Activating the Power of Citizenship in the Tunisian Mindset BikInti Civil Organization is a Tunisian nongovernmental organization working to promote a culture of citizenship in the Tunisian public mindset with the aims to create a dynamic collective social action scene towards the improvement of the citizens ‘quality of life. We focus on raising awareness on the power of the individual as a citizen for successful collective change, through civic education, training and voluntarism, according to the notions of democracy and in respect to the rule of both national and international law. Who We Are We are a group of Tunisian youth and civil society activists who believe in the power of the individual to make a change once he realizes the magnitude of his role as a citizen. We seek to inform the average citizen on the value and power of active participation in the development of his community and the safeguarding of his quality of life by virtue of his civil rights. VISION A Tunisia where the average Tunisian understands his human and civil rights and responsibilities and is actively engaged in the development of his community and society. A Tunisia ,where the Tunisian is aware, empowered and active. MISSION To activate a culture of citizenship in Tunisia by informing the average citizen on the wholesome scope of his civil rights and responsibilities and empowering him through engaging him in active participation in his community. Bik Inti will work to fulfill this mission through four strategies: 1. Re-introduce the concept of citizenship to the public through innovative civic awareness campaigns and education programs. 2. Provide training to young people and adults on their human ,economic social,political rights and responsibilities . 3. Create and support active civic engagement projects working on sustainable development . 4. Advocate for active citizen participation in policy- making and in the design of public service. Objectives: •Instill the values of citizenship among Tunisian society through the employment of youth as agents of activism •Promote the importance of active civic participation in the democratic process • Raise awareness on civic, social and cultural rights and issues pertinent to Tunisian society and encourage youth initiatives aimed at addressing them. •Advocate for the mentality of volunteer work and civic service to revive the spirit of collective civic action • Promote the stance of civil society as the fifth estate of a democratic system Areas of Activity Creation of awareness campaigns and advocacy programs Organization of public panels and Civic discussions Holding of workshops, trainings and camps Supporting youth through Mentorship and vocational programs
