✅ في إطار جهودها لتعزيز خطاب ديني متوازن قائم على قيم الاعتدال والمسؤولية، نظّمت التلاقي ورشة عمل بعنوان «قيم الاعتدال والمسؤولية في الخطاب الديني في مواجهة التحديات المعاصرة»، وذلك بمدينة الحمامات من 19 إلى 21 جوان 2026.

جمعت الورشة أئمة وخطباء ووعّاظ، إلى جانب أساتذة وباحثين في العلوم الإسلامية وفاعلين في المجال الديني والتربوي، حيث وفّرت فضاءً للحوار وتبادل الخبرات حول دور الخطاب الديني في التعامل مع التحولات الاجتماعية والثقافية الراهنة، وسبل تطويره بما يعزز قيم التماسك والفهم المشترك داخل المجتمع.

أشرف على تأطير الورشة الدكتور غفران حسايني، الباحث المختص في الدراسات الإسلامية والفكر الديني المعاصر، والشيخ كريم شنيبة، الإمام والخطيب والفاعل في المجال الديني، من خلال جلسات علمية وتفاعلية تناولت مفاهيم الاعتدال والمسؤولية، وآليات تطوير الخطاب الديني بما يستجيب للتحديات المعاصرة ويرسّخ قيم الاحترام المتبادل والتعايش.

وتأتي هذه المبادرة في إطار التزام التلاقي المستمر بدعم الحوار الديني والمدني، وتعزيز خطاب قائم على السلام والتفاهم المتبادل والقيم الإنسانية المشتركة. 🕊️

✅As part of its efforts to promote balanced religious discourse grounded in the values of moderation and responsibility, Attalaki organized a workshop entitled “The Values of Moderation and Responsibility in Religious Discourse in the Face of Contemporary Challenges”, held in Hammamet from 19 to 21 June 2026.

The workshop brought together imams, preachers, Islamic scholars, researchers, religious and educational practitioners, providing a space for dialogue and knowledge exchange on the role of religious discourse in addressing contemporary social and cultural transformations, and on ways to further develop it to strengthen social cohesion and mutual understanding.

The workshop was led by Dr. Ghofrane Hseini, a researcher specializing in Islamic studies and contemporary religious thought, and Karim Cheniba, an imam, preacher, and religious practitioner. Through interactive and academic sessions, they explored the concepts of moderation and responsibility, as well as approaches to developing religious discourse that responds to contemporary challenges while promoting mutual respect and coexistence.

This initiative reflects Attalaki’s ongoing commitment to fostering religious and civic dialogue, and advancing discourse rooted in peace, mutual understanding, and shared human values. 🕊️

✅ تشرفت منظمة التلاقي بالمشاركة في الحوار القاري الذي نظمه الاتحاد الإفريقي حول القادة التقليديين والدينيين والقضائيين، في إطار دعم مبادرة “إسكات البنادق”، والذي انعقد في أكرا، غانا.

تعكس هذه المشاركة التزام منظمة التلاقي المستمر بتعزيز مقاربات شاملة قائمة على الحوار في مجالات بناء السلام، سواء في تونس أو في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا أو على مستوى القارة الإفريقية. وتؤكد المنظمة على أهمية تعزيز التعاون بين القيادات التقليدية والفاعلين الدينيين والمؤسسات القضائية ومنظمات المجتمع المدني، باعتبار أن السلام المستدام يقوم على الثقة والتماسك الاجتماعي والمسؤولية المشتركة بين مختلف الفاعلين.

ومن خلال مشاركتها في هذا الفضاء القاري رفيع المستوى، تجدد منظمة التلاقي تأكيدها على أهمية الحلول الإقليمية والمجتمعية في الوقاية من النزاعات، وعلى الدور المحوري للشباب والنساء والفاعلين المحليين في بناء مجتمعات أكثر صموداً وسلاماً.

✅Attalaki was honored to participate in the African Union Continental Dialogue with Traditional, Interfaith, and Judicial Leaders in support of the Silencing the Guns Initiative, held in Accra, Ghana.

This participation reflects Attalaki’s long-standing commitment to promoting inclusive and dialogue-based approaches to peacebuilding across Tunisia, the MENA region, and the African continent. The organization continues to advocate for stronger cooperation between traditional authorities, religious actors, judicial institutions, and civil society, recognizing that sustainable peace depends on trust, social cohesion, and shared responsibility at all levels of society.

Through its engagement in this high-level continental platform, Attalaki reaffirms the importance of regional and community-rooted solutions to conflict prevention, as well as the central role of youth, women, and local actors in building resilient and peaceful societies.

✅️ إمضاء مذكرة تفاهم جديدة بين منظمة التلاقي وجمعية الوحدة في التنوع في تونس يوم 12 جوان 2026، في إطار شراكة متواصلة منذ أكثر من ست سنوات من العمل المشترك من أجل تعزيز الحوار، والتنوع، والتعايش في تونس.

تؤكد هذه المذكرة حرص الطرفين على مواصلة وتطوير تعاونهما من خلال مشاريع وأنشطة مشتركة تعزز قيم المواطنة الشاملة، والانفتاح، والاحترام المتبادل، وتثمين التنوع الثقافي والديني في المجتمع التونسي.

وقد تم التوقيع على هذه المذكرة من قبل الأمينة العامة لمنظمة التلاقي السيدة ملاك السلامي، والدكتور محمد بن موسى رئيس جمعية الوحدة في التنوع.

مثل التطور الدستوري في تونس مسارًا تاريخيًا طويلًا وثرِيًا، تدرّج عبر مراحل متعاقبة من الإصلاحات القانونية والتحولات المؤسساتية، وأسهم في تشكيل بنية قانونية متجددة تنظم العلاقة بين الدولة ومختلف مكوّنات المجتمع. ويعكس هذا المسار، الممتد من الإصلاحات في القرن التاسع عشر إلى التحولات الدستورية المعاصرة، خصوصية التجربة التونسية في بناء تقاليد دستورية متراكمة ومتطورة عبر الزمن.

في هذا الإطار، نُفّذت على امتداد ثلاث سنوات سلسلة تدريبية تناولت التطور الدستوري في تونس من منظور تحليلي ومؤسساتي، من خلال قراءة المراحل الأساسية التي مرّ بها الإطار الدستوري، مع التوقف عند محطات مفصلية مثل عهد الأمان لسنة 1857، وصولًا إلى الدستور التونسي لسنة 2022، لفهم السياقات التاريخية والقانونية التي ساهمت في تشكيل هذا المسار. وقد شكّل تطور الإطار المفاهيمي والتنظيمي المتعلق بحرية الدين أو المعتقد ضمن المنظومة الدستورية أحد المحاور الأساسية التي تم تناولها خلال هذا المسار، باعتباره جزءًا من تطور البناء الدستوري العام وتراكم الآليات القانونية والمؤسساتية في تونس.

✅ في إطار تعزيز الحوار القانوني حول المسائل ذات البعد الدستوري والمؤسسي، نظّمت التلاقي ورشة عمل بعنوان «حرية المعتقد والضمير في تونس: الإطار القانوني والضمانات والحدود»، وذلك بالحمامات من 30 جانفي إلى 1 فيفري 2026.

جمعت الورشة فاعلين من مجالات القانون والإعلام والمجتمع المدني، إلى جانب ممثلين عن مكوّنات دينية في تونس، مع مشاركة عدد من أعضاء مجلس نواب الشعب، مما أتاح فضاءً للحوار البنّاء حول الإطار القانوني المنظّم لمسائل حرية المعتقد والضمير في السياق الوطني.

وقد تم تناول الموضوع في سياق المسار الدستوري التونسي الذي يمتد منذ التجربة التاريخية المبكرة لتنظيم المسائل المرتبطة بالتنوع الديني، انطلاقًا من العهد الأمان لسنة 1857 ثم دستور 1861، وصولًا إلى الأطر الدستورية الحديثة بما فيها دستورا 2014 و2022، بما يعكس خصوصية التجربة التونسية في التوازن بين التنظيم المؤسسي والثوابت الوطنية.

أطّرت أشغال الورشة الأستاذة إكرام دريدي، المختصة في القانون الدستوري والخبيرة الإقليمية في الحرية الدينية، والأستاذ أنور العجمي، المحامي والخبير في المسائل القانونية ذات الصلة، وركّزت النقاشات على تطوّر الإطار القانوني وآليات تطبيقه والجوانب العملية المرتبطة به.

🕊 تعكس هذه المبادرة التزام التلاقي بتوفير فضاءات حوار متوازن ومسؤول حول القضايا ذات البعد القانوني والمؤسسي، بما يثري النقاش العام في كنف الاحترام والتفاهم المشترك.

✅ As part of its efforts to promote constructive legal dialogue on constitutional and institutional matters, Attalaki organized the workshop “Freedom of Belief and Conscience in Tunisia: Legal Framework, Guarantees, and Limits,” held in Hammamet from January 30 to February 1, 2026.

The workshop brought together actors from the fields of law, media, and civil society, as well as representatives of religious components in Tunisia. Members of the Assembly of the Representatives of the People also participated, facilitating constructive exchange on the legal framework governing freedom of belief and conscience in the national context.

The discussions were situated within Tunisia’s constitutional trajectory, which reflects an early legal organization of religious diversity starting with the Fundamental Pact of 1857, followed by the Constitution of 1861, and later constitutional frameworks including the 2014 and 2022 Constitutions. This illustrates the specific Tunisian experience in balancing institutional regulation and national foundational principles.

The workshop was facilitated by Professor Ikram Dridi, constitutional law specialist and regional expert in religious freedom, and Maître Anouar Ajmi, legal expert and lawyer. The sessions focused on the evolution of the legal framework, its implementation, and practical considerations related to it.

الباحثة التونسية في الفكر الإسلامي وقضايا المرأة، الدكتورة منية العلمي، أستاذة محاضرة في المعهد العالي لأصول الدين، جامعة الزيتونة، ومتخصّصة في علوم القرآن والتفسير.
في مداخلتها مع مؤسسة التلاقي، تؤكد على أهمية إدماج التفكير النقدي في المناهج التعليمية، داعيةً إلى تجاوز أساليب التلقين نحو تعزيز التحليل، والتفكير المتأمل، والحوار المفتوح داخل الفضاء التربوي.

Tunisian scholar of contemporary Islamic thought and gender studies, Dr. Monya El Alami, is a lecturer at the Higher Institute of Islamic Sciences, University of Ez-Zitouna, specializing in Quranic sciences and exegesis.
In her intervention with Attalaki Institut, Dr. Monya El Alami emphasizes the importance of integrating critical thinking into educational curricula, advocating for a move beyond rote learning toward analytical reasoning, reflective thinking, and open dialogue in the classroom.

✅يسرّ منظمة التلاقي أن تشارككم أبرز محطات هذا البرنامج الذي امتدّ على يومين في تونس، وجمع خبراء من تونس ومنطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا، إلى جانب فاعلين من المجتمع المدني، وقادة دينيين، وشباب، لاستكشاف دور الوساطة والحوار وحرية الدين أو المعتقد كأدوات أساسية لتعزيز التماسك الاجتماعي.

تم تطوير البرنامج بالشراكة الوثيقة مع مؤسسة كونراد أديناور (KAS)، في إطار ست سنوات من التعاون الموثوق، في حين تم إعداد دليل "مهارات الوساطة: أدوات حل النزاعات" بالتعاون مع نادي موزاييك، في سياق ثلاث سنوات من التعاون المثمر. كما افتتح نادي موزاييك المؤتمر بجلسة قدم خلالها الدليل وأبرز مسار التعاون الذي أفضى إلى تطويره.

✅Attalaki is pleased to share highlights from this two-day program in Tunis, which brought together experts and practitioners from Tunisia and the MENA region, alongside civil society actors, religious leaders and youth, to explore mediation, dialogue, and freedom of religion or belief as key tools for stronger social cohesion.

The program was devloped in close partnership with the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung Tunisie (KAS), reflecting six years of trusted collaboration, while the "Mediation Skills Handbook: Tools for Conflict Resolution" was produced in cooperation with Club Mosaïque Fsjegj, marking three years of fruitful collaboration. Club Mosaïque also opened the conference with a session presenting the toolkit and highlighting the collaborative process behind it.
