A Milestone Celebration for Access Tabarka Cohort FY21! 🎓
On February 2, 2026, we celebrated the graduation ceremony for the Tabarka English Access Scholarship Program at Restaurant Montréal. It was a day of immense pride as we honored the hard work and dedication of our incredible students.
This ceremony marks the end of a two-year journey, an experience rich in learning and deep in emotion. To our graduates: Congratulations! We hope you leave us today feeling stronger, more confident, and more optimistic about the bright future ahead of you.
The cycle completes itself, but your journey is just beginning. We hope the bond we’ve created over these two years will endure, and we look forward to seeing you again soon, perhaps as mentors or tutors to the next generation. We know for sure that we will see you again, and we can’t wait to see you inspire the younger ones with your success. Be happy!
We are incredibly grateful to the U.S. Embassy Tunis and the Regional English Language Office (RELO) for this life-changing opportunity. We would like to extend a special thank you to the U.S. Ambassador, Bill Bazzi, for joining us and making this ceremony truly unforgettable.
Our heartfelt thanks also go to Amira Chatti and Jeremy Fowler for their unwavering support throughout this cycle.
Finally, a huge thank you to Rabie Rezaigui, our photographer, for immortalizing these beautiful moments, and to Restaurant Montréal for providing the perfect setting for our celebration.

Our last outing with the Tabarka Access Students; Cohort 21, was truly special. Together, we explored the rich history of our beautiful Genoese fort, discovering stories carved into its stones and reconnecting with a piece of our heritage. Beyond learning, we also took a moment to give back; joining efforts to clean up the trail. . Thank you all for your energy, curiosity, and commitment throughout this journey. It has been a pleasure sharing these experiences with you. May God protect each and every one of you, and may your paths be filled with success, happiness, and purpose. Until we meet again 🥰

A lovely experience our Tabarka Access students shared today as they near the end of their journey. After reading Blues for the Unsung Queen, they had their first-ever meeting with an author, . The story, inspired by Queen Dido, follows Elishat, a brave princess who builds Carthage, alongside Amaal, a modern girl who travels back in time and discovers her own strength.
Students enjoyed a fun Kahoot icebreaker, asked thoughtful questions, and even imagined Tunisian actors who could bring the story to life.Thank you, , for your time, your kindness, and for inspiring our students.
