🌍 في إطار مشروع Aqua Med، نظّمت جمعية Green Compass، بالتعاون مع بيت المونة بتستور، فعاليات التكوين حول "حوكمة المياه ودور المرأة الريفية"، بحضور مجموعة من النساء الريفيات والمهتمات بقضايا البيئة والتنمية المحلية. 🤝💚
💧 تميّز اللقاء بأجواء تفاعلية ونقاشات ثرية حول أهمية الماء في الحياة اليومية، والتحديات المرتبطة بالموارد المائية، إضافة إلى التطرّق إلى مفهوم حوكمة المياه ودور مختلف الأطراف المتدخلة في حسن إدارتها.
👩🌾✨ وقد تمّ تسليط الضوء على الدور الأساسي للمرأة الريفية في الحفاظ على الموارد المائية، وترشيد استهلاك الماء، والمشاركة في اتخاذ القرار على المستوى المحلي.
📝 كما تضمّن التكوين أنشطة تطبيقية وتمارين جماعية ساهمت في تبادل الخبرات 🤗 واقتراح حلول عملية للمشاكل المرتبطة بالماء في المناطق الريفية.
🌱 شكّل هذا اللقاء فرصة لتعزيز دور النساء في تحقيق تنمية محلية مستدامة قائمة على الإدارة الرشيدة للموارد الطبيعية.

🌍 As part of the Aqua Med Project, Green Compass, in collaboration with Beit El Mouna in Testour, organized a training workshop on “Water Governance and the Role of Rural Women”, bringing together rural women and participants interested in environmental and local development issues. 🤝💚
💧 The session featured interactive discussions on the importance of water in daily life and the challenges facing water resources, while exploring the concept of water governance and the role of different stakeholders in sustainable water management.
👩🌾✨ Special emphasis was placed on the essential role of rural women in protecting water resources, promoting responsible water use, and participating in local decision-making processes.
📝 The workshop also included practical activities and group exercises that encouraged experience-sharing 🤗 and the development of local solutions to water-related challenges in rural areas.
🌱 The event provided an opportunity to strengthen women's leadership and promote sustainable local development based on the sound management of natural resources.
🤝 This project is implemented with the support of IUCN – Centre de coopération pour la Méditerranée under the BRIDGE Initiative.
