28-25 أكتوبر 2024 بصفاقس: مشاركة جمعيةصيانة مدينة قفصة في الدورة التدريبية "عش في مكتبتك" التي تقدمها نقابة المكتبيين وموردي وموزعي الكتاب (SLDIEL) كجزء من مشروع مساري (Massari.projet). وفي دار فرنسا بصفاقس، أتيحت للمشاركين، مع السيد ميشيل شويري، الفرصة لتناول جوانب مختلفة من إدارة مكتبة، وبالتالي تغطية مواضيع مختلفة مثل المبيعات أو علاقات الحرفاء. كما قاوموا بزيارة مكتبة الوسائط والمشاركة في ورشة عمل حول كيفية تنظيم الكتب على طاولة العرض في محل بيع الكتب. وحضرت الآنسة تقوى وابتهال من الجمعية من أجل بناء القدرات بهدف تحسين خدمات مكتبة مركز أبو قاسم محمد كرو للتوثيق والبحث والتنمية بالجمعية. شكرا لكم على هذه الفرصة.(صور نقابة المكتبيين وموردي وموزعي الكتاب)

Le 25-28 octobre 2024 à Sfax : Participation de l’association pour la sauvegarde de la médina de Gafsa à la formation « Vivre dans sa librairie » proposée par le SLDIEL dans le cadre de Massari.projet. A la Maison de France à Sfax, avec monsieur Michel Choueiri les participants ont eu l’opportunité d’aborder différents aspects de la gestion d’une librairie, surfant ainsi sur des sujets variés comme la vente ou la relation client. Ils sont aussi visiter la médiathèque et participer à un work-shop pratique sur comment organiser des ouvrages sur une table de présentation en librairie. Mademoiselle Takwa et Ibtihel de L’Asm Gafsa étaient présentes pour un renforcement de capacités visant l’amélioration, et l’optimisation des services de la bibliothèque du Centre Abou Kacem Mohamed Kerrou pour la documentation, la recherche et le développement de l’Asm Gafsa. October 25-28, 2024 in Sfax: Participation of Gafsa Medina Safeguard Association in the training "Living in your bookstore" offered by the SLDIEL as part of Massari.project. "رمان تَايّلة" بالواحة التاريخبة بقفصة. رغم كل الظروف الصعبة يتصدى الفلاحون بكل عزم لانقاذ بساتينهم وقوتهم اليومي. فالرمان يبيعه الفلاح ب800 مليم الكيلوغرام ونجده في الأسواق بأسعار مشطة. الشراء المباشر من الفلاح هو تشجيع للفلاح وللمنتوج المحلي ومقاومة لكل أشكال الاحتكار و كذلك مساندة وتشجيع منكم للتنوع البيولوجي بالواحة التاريخية بقفصة. وشكرا للجميع.

« Gr***de Tayela » dans l'oasis historique de Gafsa. Malgré toutes les circonstances difficiles, les agriculteurs ripostent avec détermination pour sauver leurs vergers et leurs moyens de subsistance quotidiens. L'agriculteur vend des grenades à 800 millimes le kilogramme, et on trouve les meme grenades sur les marchés à des prix exhorbitants. Acheter directement auprès de l'agriculteur est un encouragement pour l'agriculteur et le produit local et une résistance à toutes formes de monopole, Votre comportement est un soutien et un encouragement pour la biodiversité dans l'oasis historique de Gafsa. "لاڤو" هو أحد التمور بالواحة التاريخية بقفصة. يكون حجمه متوسطا ولونه مائل للبُني الباهت. أما ذوقه فهو قليل السكر. أحد خصائص اللاڤو انه نصف جاف ولذلك يقبل عليه الجميع في منتصف شهر أكتوبر. شكرا على محافظتكم على التنوع البيولوجي بالواحة التارخية بقفصة وكل واحات تونس.

« Laguou » est l'une des variétés de dattes dans l'oasis historique de Gafsa. Sa taille est moyenne et sa couleur est brune pâle. Quant à son goût, elle est peu sucrée. Une des caractéristiques du « Laguou » est qu'elle est semi-sèche, donc tout le monde l'accepte à la mi-octobre. Merci de préserver la biodiversité de l'oasis historique de Gafsa et de toutes les oasis de Tunisie.

"Laguou" is one of the date varieties in the historic oasis of Gafsa. Its size is medium and its color is pale brown. As for its taste, it is not very sweet. شكرا للأستاد رشيد سانكلي على القسط الثاني من هبته من كتب ومجلات لمركز أبو القاسم محمد كرو للتوثيق والبحث والتنمية لجمعية صيانة مدينة قفصة. بلغت هذه الهبة اجمالا 210 كتابا و56 مجلة وذلك على قسطين حتى تتمطن من فرزها وتبويبها ورقمنتها. الشكر كذلك لمتطوعي جمعية صيانة مدينة قفصة الذي اصبح هذا العمل شغلهم اليومي الحثيث. والله لا يضيع أجر المحسنين.

Merci au Professeur Rachid Sanekli pour la deuxième tranche de son don de livres et magazines au Centre de Documentation, de Recherche et de Développement Abu al-Qasim Muhammad Karo à l'Association de sauvegarde de la médina de Gafsa. Ce don s'élève au total à 210 livres et 56 revues, répartis en deux tranches afin que l'association puisse les trier, les classer et les numériser. Merci également aux bénévoles de l'Association , dont le travail inlassable est devenu leur quotidien. Que le bon Dieu récompense des bienfaiteurs.

Thanks to Professor Rachid Sanekli for the second tranche of his donation of books and magazines to the Abu al-Qasim Muhammad Kerrou Documentation, Research and Development Center to Gafsa Medina Safeguard Association . This donation totals 210 books and 56 magazines, divided into two tranches so that the association can sort, classify and digitize them. 2-4 أكتوبر 2024: مشاركة جمعية صيانة مدينة قفصة في ورشة عمل "لقاءات البحر الأبيض المتوسط حول أنظمة التراث الزراعي ذات الأهمية العالمية: تبادل الممارسات الجيدة والدروس المستفادة" التي عقدت في بيت المتوسط، في أليكانتي، إسبانيا بالتعاون مع أمانة الاتحاد من أجل المتوسط (UfM)، ومنظمة الأغذية والزراعة للأمم المتحدة (FAO)، والوكالة الإسبانية للتعاون الدولي من أجل التنمية (AECID). وقد تم عرض تجربة الجمعية لمدة 13 سنة في موقع الواحة التاريخية بقفصة من قبل السيد حاتم الزيتوني، رئيس الجمعية، وتمت مناقشة الاقتراحات لتحسين إدارة الموقع. تم كذلك عرض ومناقشة تجارب مواقع SIPAM الأخرى في تونس (الحدائق المعلقة في جبة العليا، وأنظمة الرملي في غار الملح، تونس) بالإضافة إلى تجارب الجزائر والمغرب وموريتانيا وإسبانيا. كما تم إجراء عرض تقديمي للمواقع المحتملة في شمال أفريقيا وإسبانيا، مثل بساتين كسرى في تونس، ومنتجع أورمفا ورزازات، تازناخت، المغرب، منتزه أرجوين الوطني، موريتانيا، أجيري/تيميمون، الجزائر، ولانزاروت، إسبانيا من أجل زيادة الرؤية. شكرا لكل من كان حاضرا.

Le 2 - 4 octobre 2024 : Participation de l’association pour la sauvegarde de la médina de Gafsa (Asm Gafsa) à l’atelier « Rencontres méditerranéennes sur les Systèmes ingénieux du patrimoine agricole mondial : partage des bonnes pratiques et leçons apprises » qui s’est tenu à la Maison de Méditerranée, à Alicante, Espagne avec la collaboration du Secrétariat de l'Union pour la Méditerranée (UpM), l'Organisation des Nations Unies pour l'alimentation et l'agriculture (FAO), et l'Agence Espagnole de Coopération Internationale pour le Développement (AECID). L’expérience de l’Asm Gafsa durant 13 ans dans le site SIPAM OASIS HISTORIQUE DE GAFSA a été présentée par Monsieur Hatem Zitouni, Président de L’Asm Gafsa, et des suggestions ont été discutées pour une meilleure gestion du site. Les expériences des autres sites SIPAM en Tunisie (les Jardins suspendus de Djebba El Olia, et les systèmes ramli de Ghar El Melh, Tunisie) ainsi que ceux de l’Algérie, le Maroc, la Mauritanie et l’Espagne ont été présentés et discutés. Une présentation des sites potentiels d’Afrique du Nord et d’Espagne, comme les vergers de Kisra en Tunisie, SPA ORMVA Ouarzazat, Taznakht, Maroc, Parc national d’Arguin, Mauritanie, AGIRE/Timimoun, Algérie, et Lanzarote, Espagne était menés pour plus de visibilité. October 2-4, 2024: Participation of the Medina of Gafsa Safeguard Association (Asm Gafsa) in the workshop “Mediterranean Encounters on Globally Important Agricultural Heritage Systems: Sharing Good Practices and Lessons Learned” held at the Maison de Méditerranée, in Alicante, Spain with the collaboration of the Secretariat of the Union for the Mediterranean (UfM), the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), and the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID). The experience of Asm Gafsa for 13 years in the SIPAM OASIS HISTORIQUE DE GAFSA site was presented by Mr. Hatem Zitouni, President of Asm Gafsa, and suggestions were discussed for better management of the site. The experiences of other SIPAM sites in Tunisia (the Hanging Gardens of Djebba El Olia, and the ramli systems of Ghar El Melh, Tunisia) as well as those of Algeria, Morocco, Mauritania and Spain were presented and discussed. A presentation of potential sites in North Africa and Spain, such as the Kisra Orchards in Tunisia, SPA ORMVA Ouarzazat, Taznakht, Morocco, Arguin National Park, Mauritania, AGIRE/Timimoun, Algeria, and Lanzarote, Spain was conducted for greater visibility. "حمراء بِشْني" هي أحد أنواع التمور بالواحة التاريخية بقفصة والتي يعود أصلها إلى قرية بشني غربي ولاية قبلي. هذا النوع من التمور يكون طويلا ويصل الى 2.5 صم وهو مخروط من الأسفل أما من الفوق فيكون مجوف ويؤكل طازجا في شهر أكتوبر. نواة "حمراء بِشْني" تكون غليظة وذات لونان أحدهما داكن وثانيها فاتح. يكون اللون الداكن من الجهة السفلى المخروطة ويكون اللون الفاتح من الجهة العليا المجوفة. مذاق "حمراء بِشْني" لذيذ إذ هي ليست شديدة الحلاوة مثل التمور الأخرى. شكرا على محافظتكم على التنوع البيولوجي بالواحة التاريخية بقفصة باستهلاك هذه الأنواع من التمور التي لها دور أساسي في النظام الايكولوجي للواحات وفي مجابهة التغيرات المناخية.

La « Hamra Bishni » est l'une des variétés de dattes de l'oasis historique de Gafsa, originaire du village de Bishni, à l'ouest du gouvernorat de Kébili. Cette variété de datte est longue et atteint 2,5 cm. Elle est cônique en bas, et creuse en haut et se consomme fraîche en octobre. Le noyau "Hamra Bashni" est épais et a deux couleurs, l'une foncée et l'autre claire. La couleur foncée est sur la face inférieure conique et la couleur claire est sur la face supérieure creuse. La « Hamra Bishni » a un goût délicieux car elle n’est pas très sucrée comme les autres dattes. Merci de préserver la biodiversité de l’oasis historique de Gafsa en consommant ce type de dattes qui jouent un rôle essentiel dans l’écosystème de l’oasis et pour faire face au changement climatique.

BIDH HAMMEM est une variété de dattes produite dans l'oasis de Gafsa et dans les oasis du sud tunisien. C'est une datte de couleur jaune, caractérisée par sa forme ronde semblable à la forme et à la taille des œufs de pigeon. Lorsqu'elle est immature, elle a un goût aussi sucré que Bisr HLOU, puis se transforme à un autre stade en dattes molles, et sa couleur reste miel quelle que soit sa maturité. EIle mûrit au mois d'octobre et peut être récolté immature pour mûrir par la suite. Son noyau est épais.
