قصة نجاح | علاء مشنطط... خطوة نحو مستقبل مهني في قطاع الكهرباء ⚡
لم يكن علاء مشنطط (24 عاماً) يبحث عن فرصة عمل فحسب، بل كان يسعى إلى اكتساب مهنة تمنحه الاستقرار وتفتح أمامه آفاقاً جديدة. ومن هذا الدافع، التحق بتدريب التمديدات الكهربائية ضمن مشروع "تطوير القوى العاملة في قطاع البناء من أجل التوظيف الفوري في جهود إعادة الإعمار في مدينة حلب".
وخلال التدريب، اكتسب علاء مهارات عملية في التمديدات الكهربائية، وقراءة المخططات، والتعامل مع الأعطال، واستخدام الأدوات بالشكل الصحيح، إلى جانب تدريبات السلامة والصحة المهنية والإسعافات الأولية التي عززت وعيه بكيفية الوقاية من المخاطر والتعامل مع الحالات الطارئة.
ويؤكد علاء أن هذه التجربة منحته ثقة أكبر بقدراته، وأصبح قادراً على تنفيذ أعمال الكهرباء الأساسية والتعامل معها بطريقة آمنة، كما انعكس أثر التدريب على حياته اليومية من خلال نشر ثقافة السلامة بين أفراد أسرته.
ولا يزال طموحه مستمراً، إذ يطمح إلى التخصص في صيانة الأجهزة الكهربائية والتوسع في مجال التمديدات الصناعية، وصولاً إلى افتتاح ورشته الخاصة مستقبلاً، والمساهمة في تدريب شباب آخرين على هذه المهنة.
ويختتم علاء رسالته قائلاً:
"الدورة عطتني صنعة تحميني من العوز. وأنصح كل الشباب ما يضيعوا وقتهم، لأن البلد بحاجة لمعلمين مهنة. تعلّموا مهنة شريفة تحفظ كرامتكم وتفتح لكم أبواب الرزق."

Success Story | Alaa Mashnatt... Building a Professional Future in Electrical Installation ⚡
Alaa Mashnatt, 24, was not only searching for a job opportunity but also striving to learn a profession that could provide stability and open new opportunities for his future. Driven by this ambition, he joined the Electrical Installation Training as part of the project "Workforce Development in the Construction Sector for Immediate Employment in the Reconstruction Efforts in Aleppo City."
Throughout the training, Alaa gained practical skills in electrical installation, reading technical drawings, troubleshooting electrical faults, and using tools correctly. He also received training in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and First Aid, which strengthened his awareness of workplace hazards and equipped him with the knowledge to prevent accidents and respond effectively in emergencies.
Alaa says that this experience significantly increased his confidence and enabled him to carry out basic electrical work safely and professionally. The knowledge he acquired has also had a positive impact on his daily life, encouraging him to promote electrical safety practices within his family.
Looking ahead, Alaa hopes to specialize in repairing electrical appliances, expand his expertise in industrial electrical installations, and eventually establish his own workshop where he can also train other young people interested in the profession.
Alaa concludes with this message:
"This training gave me a profession that protects me from hardship. I encourage every young person not to waste time. Our country needs skilled tradespeople. Learn an honorable profession that preserves your dignity and opens the door to a sustainable livelihood."
