We’re well underway with early work on phase two of 11 Million Trees 🌲 in Timor Leste. At Raimutin, we’ve been busy upgrading the wet mill facilities in preparation for harvest. Joined by Matt’s neighbour (another Mat - though with one T) we’ve worked alongside the Atsabe team to install recycled plastic panels and enhance the station’s infrastructure.

Steady work with a healthy dose of coffee breaks as we gear up for the harvest period.

We’ll have samples of our fresh Burundi arrivals alongside some very new and shiny lots from a pilot project we’re delighted to support in Mozambique! The coffees include several trial varietals and we’re looking forward to sharing them with you all.

The trip was framed by time spent with producer groups including Unión San Pedro and of course the team at

Beyond the cupping table, we enjoyed the culture surrounding these coffees. Roadside tepache stops, market stall tacos in Oaxaca city, the Monte Albán ruins, and learning a little about mezcal production - through listening, and inevitably, sampling.

Thank you to everyone who joined us this year!
