The USANT Entrepreneurship and AI Incubation Program reached its capstone moment at Hotel Crowne Plaza in Dushanbe! Top finalist teams from across Tajikistan (Dushanbe/RRP, GBAO, Khatlon, and Sughd) pitched their AI-driven solutions before a national juries, representatives of the U.S. Embassy in Dushanbe, and American Councils.
🏆 Meet the Winners:
🥇 1st Place: CrossDx (Founded by Shuhrat Nazarkhudoev) — AI-powered infrastructure connecting patients to international specialists for trusted second medical opinions.
🥈 2nd Place: Daqiq AI (Founded by Shanbe Kadamshoev) — An AI study platform helping Tajik students prepare for national centralized entrance exams.
🥉 3rd Place: Enlight (Led by Anoyatsho Mirzojonov) — Personalized AI-driven study plans and tutoring for students.

The USANT Entrepreneurship & AI Incubation Program brought together promising entrepreneurs and innovators from across Tajikistan for the National Pitching Day, held at Crowne Plaza in Dushanbe.
The event opened with remarks by Catherine Hallock, Public Diplomacy Officer at the U.S. Embassy in Dushanbe, and Matthew Mulherin, Regional Director, Central Asia (Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Mongolia) at American Councils. Their remarks highlighted the importance of entrepreneurship, innovation, and creating opportunities for emerging entrepreneurs across Tajikistan and the region.
After 8 weeks of learning, mentorship, teamwork, and refining their startup ideas, 12 finalist teams from across Tajikistan came together to pitch their projects to a distinguished panel of judges, mentors, partners, and guests.
The event brought together 12 finalist teams and their mentors — alumni of U.S. Department of State exchange programs — representatives of the U.S. Embassy, American Councils, educational institutions, local partners, and invited guests.
We were honored to have an outstanding jury:
🔹 Fayoz Azami — AI and Digital Transformation Expert, Founder of Trigma.AI
🔹 Sherali Djurabaev — Serial Entrepreneur, Founder of Total Advertising Group
🔹 Isfandiyor Abdullo — Country Director, Accelerate Prosperity Tajikistan
After a highly competitive round of pitches, three winning teams were selected 🏆, recognizing the strongest ideas, entrepreneurial potential, and quality of presentation.
The remaining finalist teams also received an exciting opportunity to take part in Accelerate Prosperity Tajikistan’s program, opening another pathway to further develop and strengthen their projects.
A huge congratulations to all 12 finalist teams, their mentors, judges, partners, and everyone who contributed to making this 8-week journey possible. 👏
From the first workshop to the final pitch, this program has been about more than developing startups — it has been about building skills, confidence, connections, and a stronger community of entrepreneurs across Tajikistan.

Tomorrow is the moment we’ve all been working toward.

Over the past 8 weeks, the USANT Entrepreneurship & AI Incubation Program has empowered aspiring entrepreneurs from across Tajikistan through expert-led training, AI-powered innovation, mentorship, and regional pitching competitions.

Here’s what this journey achieved:
✨ Curriculum developed by 5 National Specialists
👩‍🏫 20 mentors trained through the Training of Trainers (ToT)
🌍 Around 180 mentees from across Tajikistan
🏆 Regional Pitching Days across the country
🚀 12 finalist teams advancing to the National Pitching Day

Tomorrow, these finalists will present their innovative startup ideas before a national jury, with the top three teams receiving the Grand Prize.

On July 23, 44 high school students and access students gathered at American Space Khorugh 📍 to learn more about the FLEX Program and life in the United States. 🌍📚

Recent FLEX alumni Anisaguli Khudonazarova and Noziya Khudonazarova shared their exchange experiences, talked about American culture and high school life, and answered participants’ questions during an engaging Q&A session. 💬✨

🚀 Regional Pitching Event | Khorog, GBAO

On July 2, USANT GBAO, with the support of American Councils for International Education, hosted the Regional Pitching Event of the USG Alumni Entrepreneurship & AI Incubation Program in Khorog.

🌟 The event brought together 26 participants, including young entrepreneurs, USG exchange alumni, mentors, and aspiring innovators from across GBAO.

Participants presented their AI-driven and business startup projects, showcasing innovative solutions in education, technology, and entrepreneurship. Following a competitive evaluation by an expert jury, two outstanding projects advanced to the National Demo Day:

🏆 Daqiq (by Shanbe Kadamshoev, FLEX 2019 alumnus) – A digital platform designed to help students prepare for the National Testing System.

🏆 Enlight (by Anoyatsho Mirzojonov) – A platform that helps students prepare for admission to universities abroad.

The event provided participants with valuable feedback from the judges, strengthened their pitching and public speaking skills, and created opportunities to connect with fellow innovators and mentors. Congratulations to all participants for their creativity, dedication, and entrepreneurial spirit, and best of luck to our finalists as they represent GBAO at the national stage! 👏🚀

🚀 USANT Entrepreneurship & AI Incubation Regional Pitching Day | Khujand

On July 11, USANT Sughd, with the support of American Councils for International Education, hosted the Regional Demo Day & Project Pitching Event of the USG Alumni Entrepreneurship & AI Incubation Program at American Space Khujand.

The event brought together 48 participants, including young entrepreneurs, USG exchange alumni, mentors, business leaders, and civil society representatives. 🌟

Nineteen startup and social entrepreneurship projects were pitched, showcasing innovative solutions in AI, digital technologies, agribusiness, education, and business development. After a competitive evaluation by an expert jury, four outstanding teams advanced to the National Demo Day:

🏆 Tojir – A digital platform empowering entrepreneurs to grow sales and strengthen customer engagement.
🏆 CHATTLER.AI – An AI-powered platform with intelligent digital assistants for business automation.
🏆 Hydroponics “Sabza” – A sustainable hydroponic solution for growing fresh greens.
🏆 MySavdoCRM – A CRM platform designed to automate sales and enhance customer relationship management.
