Si Ri Panya International School hosted our first adult/staff workshop last week where members of both Thai and foreign staff learned about the background, process and plans for our Precious Plastic project.
They took part in creating their own unique designs of coaster. Seeing them all together sparked many creative ideas of how we can put these to use!

First student workshop of the year! Si Ri Panya Year 9 students created their very own coasters ☺️ They measured out 35g of shredded plastic, poured them into the moulds, baked for 15 minutes and into the press to cool for a further 15 minutes, then trimmed down to size. Check out their beautiful designs!

🔧 Exciting News from our new Design and Technology Workshop Space! 🔨

We're thrilled to share that our design and technology room plans are officially complete! 🎉 The installation of equipment and furniture is now underway, and we can't wait to give you a sneak peek with some photos next week. 📸

A tremendous amount of thought has gone into the planning process to ensure the room is not only functional but also equipped with essential tools such as our drill press, press, oven, and shredder. 🛠️ These additions are a crucial part of our upcoming "Precious Plastic" initiative, contributing to a sustainable and innovative future for our island. 🌏💚
