Foundation athlete, Chiara Egger has created a great ECookbook designed for athletes as part of her school project.

She is helping other athletes but donating 100% of the proceeds to the Foundation.

A big THANKYOU to our incredible volunteers, athletes and Christof Frohs for their awesome work conducting the live media streaming for FOBISIA Swimming carnival at Thanyapura Phuket Sports and Health Resort on the weekend.

We really appreciate the time you put into these events which proceeds go to supporting the Foundation.

We did it!! 🐘 🐘 🐘

We received 86 nominations in total for athletes racing at this weekend 30th anniversary Laguna Phuket Triathlon. And taking into account every elephant trophy won plus bonus soft toy elephants we exceeded our goal of 60!!

So we are pleased to announce a grand total of 103,000 BAHT has been raised for the Z Coaching Foundation. An incredible effort by all those who nominated, donated, raced and supported the athletes this weekend. An extra special thank you to our anonymous donor for matching our efforts with 60,000 BAHT donation. (Total = 43,000 from nominations + 60,000)

Your generosity will be used to support the development of our youth triathletes in the South-East Asia region. This great achievement will go a long way to supporting them in their racing, training and development in 2025 and beyond.

As we celebrate the 30th Anniversary of the , the Z-Coaching Foundation is excited to bring back the Elephant Challenge—bigger and better than before!

🎯 Goal: Calling for nominations of athletes racing in this year’s triathlon to take home the iconic Elephant Trophy 🏆, awarded to the Top 3 in each category over long distance, sprint distance, relay teams and duathlon events.

💥 For every elephant won and nominated correctly an anonymous donor will match the 500THB! If we reach 60 elephants, a 30,000THB bonus will be donated!

Here’s how you can join:
