International Peace and Development Ethics Centre The International Peace Park and the International Centre for Peace and Development Ethics (IPDEC) at Kaeng Krachan is an independent NGO.

The formal inauguration of the Park and Centre was at the time of the Fifth Youth Peace Ambassador Training Workshop (YPA5) on 8 November 2012. Most of the 100 participants at the conference planted a tree in celebration of the event, and in the hope to build world peace and cross cultural understanding. Each tree has a sprinkler to irrigate them. The peace park has 20 peace plaques in English and

Thai writing, selected from those sent by the youth around the world. It is planned to also have a collection of more medicinal herbs. This is a community park, garden that will develop over the coming decades. We welcome research fellows/interns. The participants at YPA6 also planted more trees, as did participants at other conferences subsequently.
