Bring The Elephant Home

Bring The Elephant Home Our mission is to better the chance of survival for elephants worldwide and to create a world where people and elephants can coexist in harmony.

Worldwide, elephants are struggling for survival. People intrude on their habitat; their food, water and migration routes disappear. To survive, elephants are forced to search for food and water outside of protected areas, resulting in conflicts between elephants and people. For the future of elephants! Elephants are a keystone species in the ecosystems they are part of. Elephants disperse seeds,

maintain grasslands and find water, all crucial for the survival of other species. The mission of Bring The Elephant Home is to better the chance of survival for elephants worldwide. We work to create a world where people and elephants can coexist in harmony, benefiting from each other’s existence. We need your help
We are actively looking for volunteers, donors and sponsors for our projects. Bring The Elephant Home is certified by the CBF, guaranteeing transparency, ethical fundraising, and responsible use of funds.

Our team recently joined an eco-tourism training workshop in Kaeng Krachan, Phetchaburi, expanding our knowledge of trekking, birdwatching, and butterfly observation. 🌿🐦🦋

It was also a valuable chance to strengthen skills relevant to elephant observation, and to reflect on how careful, respectful wildlife tourism can support both conservation and meaningful visitor experiences.

Final week to apply: study wild elephants in Thailand with us. 🐘🌿📝

Join our field research program in Kuiburi National Park, Thailand, and work alongside elephant researchers contributing to real conservation science, including:
• Elephant behaviour and social dynamics
• Individual elephant identification
• Human-elephant coexistence
• Wildlife monitoring and conservation research

You will gain hands-on experience in the field while learning directly from researchers studying elephant ecology, behaviour, and coexistence in one of Thailand’s most important elephant landscapes.

No scientific background is required.
This program is open to people from all fields and levels of experience, from students and professionals to anyone passionate about wildlife and conservation.

Spaces are limited, and applications close in one week.

Fundraising for elephant research and conservationMy fascination with ethology began long before I can remember. I was only five when I started exploring my garden ecosystem during the school season. In summer I would spend most of the beach day wandering around the tide pools to see what could have...
