PFED มูลนิธิเพื่อพัฒนาการศึกษาโรงเรียนประทีปศาสน์ Prateepsasana Foundation for Educational Development PFED has no political aspiration or political affiliation.

PFED aims at improving the standard and quality of education for the Muslim minority children in Southern Thailand in order to better equip them with necessary knowledge that will allow them to pursue further education. PFED gives scholarships for students to further their education at Prateepsasana Islamic School (Also known as "Pondok Bantan") and at higher education institutions elsewhere. It p

rovides public services as well as cooperates with other foundations and institutions for purpose of public interests of the Ummah. PFED acts as an organization that coordinates cooperation among Islamic institutions throughout the country in order to bring about the greatest academic excellence to the Islamic community of Thailand. On various occasions, PFED also acts as a relief organization which provides humanitarian assistance to local communities -regardless of their beliefs - during frequent calamities in Southern Thailand.
