We are an animal welfare charity which aims to relieve the pain and suffering of animals in Krabi. TO DONATE:

Krabi Animal Welfare is a non-profit organisation that has been established in Krabi Province, South West Thailand to help street dogs and cats that have nobody else to care for them. The number of stray animals that roam freely in Thailand is vast and without intervention those numbers will only continue to grow. Currently, there is no other animal welfare organisation permanently based in the ci

ty of Krabi and it is our belief that the presence of K.A.W. will significantly reduce Krabi’s stray animal population and vastly increase their quality of life, whilst also addressing their medical needs. In the future it is our goal to work closely with other established animal charities in the province in order to expand and reach animals in need that are further afield. 🐾 A Happy Update for This Sweet Girl 🧡

We received a call about a street dog who had been struggling with a large fatty lump for quite some time. Thanks to the support of caring people, we were able to get her the help she needed.

We're delighted to say that her operation went well, and she has now returned to the area she calls home. 🐕✨

The best news of all? The lump was not cancerous. While she may be getting older, she can now continue enjoying life much more comfortably.

Every animal deserves the chance to live free from pain and discomfort. Your support helps us provide life-changing treatment for dogs just like her.

🐾 Do You Remember Duk Dik? 🧡

We’re not sure what happened to Duk Dik, but she lost most of her tail in a terrible accident 😢

The remaining bone became infected, and surgery was the only way to save her. After nearly six weeks in foster care, she healed beautifully—complete with her new little mini tail 🐕✨

Now back at her temple, Duk Dik is feeling so much better. She’s enjoyed every bit of love and care along the way 🧡

From Fear to a Forever Home: Ninna’s Journey 🧡🐾

Ninna was dumped in a plantation with five tiny siblings 💔

We were asked to help catch this little, scared pup—and after 5 long hours, she was finally safe in our trap cage 💪

She spent a few days in foster care, where she could rest, feel safe, and begin to trust again. Ninna has now been vaccinated for rabies, parvo, and distemper, and dewormed ✨

The best part? She’s already found a loving, caring home 🧡

Wishing sweet Ninna a lifetime of happiness, safety, and love 🐾

Temple Check-In at Wat Nong Chick 🐾

Rabies, distemper, and parvo vaccinations have been given, along with treatment for skin issues. The dogs and cats are receiving care and much-needed love 💕
