With all what is happening lately, I did not have the time to share some wonderfull news.
Remember that mangy mummy doggie with her two pups I took in my car to save them from humans that were hurting them?

Well finally all turned into a beautiful ending story for mum and one of her puppies.
The puppie found a great family true Anna.mission4paws who we thank out of the bottom of our heart and the mum called Aina now has found her loving forever home with one of our volunteers Henrique.
She stayed with us during her preparation time meanwhile healing up completely and changing into a very beautiful, energetic, healthy young dog after witch Henrique came to pick her up and they flew together to their end destination being Holland where Aina is soooo enjoying being the center of all attention.
Nothing can make me more happy to see such transformations 🩷🩷🩷

Thank you so much dear Henrique for making us all so happy.
Soon Enrique is going to take Aina on a trip in his build up truck true Europe, what a life she will have 🥳🥳🥳🥳

Enjoy your life to the fullest dear Aina, you are missed over here but you deserve all the best 😘😘😘

Sadly, it is always the same story here.
These dogs were doing absolutely nothing wrong. They were simply trying to stay alive in a world where so many humans do not want them 😢

They are now safe at the Sanctuary since 10 days, where we are doing our very best to help mum regain weight and strength while caring for her 6 beautiful babies — 4 females and 2 males.

And honestly… they completely stole our hearts 🥹❤️
They are incredibly sweet, playful, gentle, and so well behaved.

Tomorrow they will receive their first vaccination.
For now they are still drinking from mum, but we are slowly introducing puppy food as they continue to grow stronger every day.

The Sanctuary suddenly feels full of life again with puppies and kittens running around everywhere 🐾

Yesterday I went to buy puppy food for the coming month, but unfortunately rescues like this bring many unexpected extra costs that our already very strict budget struggles to cover.

If anyone would like to help us support this little family, we would be deeply grateful 🙏🏻

And of course… we are also searching for loving forever homes for these precious babies once they are old enough ❤️

Welcoming Mango and Papaya, once more two dogs that are unwanted where they were staying.

Mango will be flying to France in July to his lovely adopter, our friend Christophe.
Papaya will have to wait a bit longer to be reunited with Christophe and her brother.

It was not safe anymore to leave them on their beach in Panka because too many people really didn’t want them there anymore 😢😢

Arriving in a new enviroment with many dogs is not easy.
Meanwhile they are much more relaxed, they ate well and took place in what will be their compound for some time.
I want to mix them with our “sweet bullies 1” group as we call them but they first need to bond with me and understand this is their new home for now so they wouldn’t run away.
They both are lovely doggies deserving to be in a safe place and be happy.

Welcome sweet Mango and Papaya, you will see, it gets better, the first days are the most difficult ones, after that all will be good 🩷🩷

We have finally raised the rent for the sanctuary for 2026—thanks to all of you amazing people who donated 🩷

Because of you, our 80 animals get another year in safety. Another year in peace. Another year without neighbors hopefully.🕊️

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for your kindness and generosity. You made this possible once again.🙏🏻

Here, in our little jungle paradise, they are protected from busy traffic, from people who don’t want them and would chase them away, and from so many other dangers.🐾

They are happy and it’s all thanks to you 💛

Two new kittens have grown our cat family in the last 10 days which I will tell more about as soon as I have a bit of time as it’s been sooo busy those last weeks.🐱

THEY BOUGHT FREEDOM FOR 500 SOULS 🐾
Inside that truck, 500 dogs were crushed together—no water, no room to move, and too weak to even stand. It was a journey toward a tragic end until one post for help changed everything.

Over 200 strangers didn't just feel sorry; they showed up. They stood their ground in the middle of the road for 15 hours, refusing to leave those innocent eyes behind. Then, the unthinkable happened: this group of strangers pooled together 17,000 dollars to buy every single dog on that truck just to set them free.

No one gained wealth or fame that day. But 500 tiny hearts kept beating because of a sudden wave of human kindness. In a world that can feel cold, these people proved that mercy still has a voice.

One act of love. 500 lives saved.
