Many digital nomads built freedom,
But not long-term community.
Not a place their children can grow up consciously, knowing the land, the neighbors, the rhythm of seasons.

Raising children close to nature shouldn’t feel like an alternative.
Living among people you trust shouldn’t be rare.

That’s the gap we’re addressing at Amagi.

Amagi is building its first regenerative village in Koh Phangan, Thailand.
a conscious community designed for families, builders, and creators who want sovereignty and belonging.

But we don’t start with houses.
We start with Pods.

A Pod is a small circle (4 people) exploring the community and village to co-build it.

Inside a Pod we:
• Align expectations
• Find organic synergy with future villagers
• Create deep connections

Because real community isn’t bought.
It’s built slowly, deliberately.

In our modern world, we’ve traded deep connection for convenience. We live in beautiful spaces, yet many of us still feel a quiet sense of isolation. We pay our rent or mortgages, but we rarely feel like we truly own our time—or our future.
Amagi is a return to a more natural way of being. 🛤️
It’s a network of regenerative villages designed to let you breathe. It’s a place where “work-life balance” isn’t a struggle to maintain, but a natural flow built right into the soil.
A life in flow means:
✨ A Village for your Family – Your children grow up with the safety and playfulness of a community that truly knows them.
✨ Shared Prosperity – Moving from “me vs. them” to “us.” By contributing your heart and skills, you gain a stake in the whole village.

We are moving away from “standard life” pressures and traditional structures. We aren’t just building a place to live; we are curating a dynamic environment for those who value freedom, trust, and shared responsibility.

The Pod Method is the foundation, and how we build trust: 🌀

Before we build houses, we build foundations of the soul. Our Pod Method is a specialized container designed to turn strangers into a resilient tribe.

A village is only as strong as the trust between its members. To build that trust, every potential resident and investor enters a Pod.

How it works?

👥 4 People per pod.
⏳ 2 Hours per session.
🗓️ 3 Sessions total.

It’s a container for deep listening and authentic sharing. It’s where strangers become brothers and sisters, and where we test our alignment before building a life together.

We are currently not accepting tourists or casual visitors. This phase is reserved exclusively for:

Across the world, more people are drawn to eco-villages yet many of these projects struggle to sustain themselves over time. This gathering opens a wider conversation about why, and what a more regenerative, resilient approach could look like.

Wow… what can we say.

We’ve flown so high and are now slowly coming back
from the journey here at Amagi.
