แบ่งเป็น
1. ขยะรีไซเคิล หรือขยะขายได้ ♻️
- ขวดพลาสติก 45 กก.
- ขวดแก้ว 21.5 กก.
- กระป๋อง/โลหะ 3 กก.
2. ขยะทั่วไปที่จะไปสู่หลุมฝังกลบ หรือส่งขึ้นฝั่ง จำนวน 51 กก. 🗑️
และยังพบ
หลอด 43 อัน (บางอันยังอยู่ในซองพลาสติก ไม่ได้เปิดใช้)
ฝาขวดน้ำพลาสติก 35 ฝา
รองเท้า 6 ข้าง
ยางรถมอเตอร์ไซค์ 1 เส้น
หมอน 1 ใบ
ลังโฟม 1 ลัง
การเก็บขยะ อาจเป็นแค่ปลายทาง
แต่การลงมือทำ ก็น่าจะช่วยให้เกิดจุดเปลี่ยนอะไรได้บ้าง
และใช้ทรัพยากรอย่างคุ้มค่า,
การลดขยะจากตัวเรา สามารถเริ่มลงมือทำวันนี้ได้เลย

23 volunteers, 2 dogs, and a Sunday morning at Thong Sala Beach. 🌊🐶
Together, we cleaned the beach and sorted the collected waste into:
1. Recyclable or sellable waste♻️
* Plastic bottles: 45 kg
* Glass bottles: 21.5 kg
* Cans/metal: 3 kg
2. General waste (to be sent to landfill or transported to the mainland)🗑️
* 51 kg
We also found:
* 43 plastic straws (some were still sealed in their plastic wrappers and had never been used)
* 35 plastic bottle caps
* 6 single shoes
* 1 motorcycle tire
* 1 pillow
* 1 foam box
Beach clean-ups may seem like they only deal with the problem at the end of the chain, but every action we take has the potential to create positive change.
Using our resources wisely and reducing the waste we create are things we can all start doing today.
